We dropped off our Uboxes two weeks ago, and told them we wanted them shipped right away. They said we would receive them by the 10th or 11th. Now they say the 18th. Never using them again.

The storage units are just hallowed out trailers on the ground. A bunch of my stuff got wet. The GM there, Richard, is a really nice guy and Zack, one of the other employees, was accommodating

I DIDN`T GET THE SERVICE THAT I PAID FOR, I PAID FOR 24 HRS ACCESS BUT MANY TIMES AT NIGHT MY STORAGE WAS BLOCKED. I MADE A COMPLAINT BUT PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED.
