The lighting was good, but there was no lighting directly over our storage--a PAIN. The security access card NEVER worked. I always had to go back to the office for them to turn off the alarm.

Storage was not open 24 hrs/day. I paid for my 1st month, THEN told the actual hours which are not ideal for me or ppl w/jobs. Climate control? It was still HOT in there this summer. Waste of $$

The amt of $ we had to pay, 1 xtra day would have helped. Told me it was impossible would lock me out even when I offered to just pay that one additional day. I will use another storage next time.
