It was a horrible experience. I could not get into my storage the night I moved. I call the general manager and he was very rude.Bad bad.

The sliding doors to the storage don`t always work and you have to open them by hand. I would have that fixed.

My husband`s son + drunk wife refused to leave his aunt`s apt. It was Sunday at 1:00.Called U-Haul + got a reservation for 2 units + truck. We got them out. Everyone, and James, were very nice.

Staff was very helpful. They helped me with a broken key in my lock and let me borrow a ladder and a broom when i was changing lockers.

Was a good place when I first got the unit, then while I was deployed they raised my rates so I could come back to doors and elevator that didn`t work

The office staff is very slow in service. There was rat/mouse boxes in every storage unit so im hopping they do not have a rodent problem. The place is very clean looking

good except we were paying movers by hr. the man behind the counter was slow! It would have been nice to know there was 1 elevator cuz we would have taken a unit on the ground level.

Corp needs a notary doc so that out of state renters by a notary and signed so haul will remove lock. I had to buy and airline tickent and rent a car in order to fly up

This facility is in a great location, esp. if you are an out-of-towner, like me, and fly into the area ocassionally. It`s the closest exit off of the interstate by DIA Denver airport.

Several staff members gave the wrong information in regards to closing out an account. I was charged $160.95 for a unit that sits empty and the account has been closed.
