Put cameras inside building facing loading docks. Better sense of security -no guards, alarms went off multiple times without anyone checking on intrusion alert. Safety Courses Needed.

it took a long time to get in touch with the u-box people at the gandy store in tampa. once they got back to me though things went smoothly and on time.

The staff at Gandy was pleasant and helpful, however my original host facility was rude and direspectful to the customer. For that reason I will not recommend uhaul to anyone.

Terrible 800 number, schedules were not kept, couldn`t get the local offices to keep anything straight. I was VERY disappointed in this service, it created more problems then it solved.

very difficult to schedule,had to call 3 times,received 3 call backs and the order waas wrong. Called to schedule pickup waited on hold for 10 minutes before giving up. PODS is much better.
