It wasn’t the independent UHaul guy’s fault that you didn’t let him know that I was coming to pick up a truck. He was out on a service call and I had to wait 2 hours. And on top of that, your computer system was down for several hours on Friday. Not helpful to me at all.

The property the location was on was very spacious, making entering and exiting with the big trucks easy and far less stressful. I was moving to Perry, Ok from out of state and was driving a Uhaul truck as well as towing my car. It was very stressful. On arriving to this location the owner went above and beyond to help me with logistical issues of the move. He was great and the customer service was top notch. 100% recommend this location to anyone and everyone!
