It's a bit misleading to see $19.95 in huge letters on the truck, and then, in MUCH smaller print, "and mileage." We had a small distance to travel. It was suggested we add 2 gal of gas to the 7/8 full tank. I think "PLUS MILEAGE" should be as large as the $19.99, so people will know they are going to spend over $50 for a 2 mile move (because of two trips and taking a longer route that was easier in the truck).

Truck bed was dirty with garden material such as bark and dirt. We had to cover it with a tarp in order to move furniture.I don't expect a truck to be spic and span but I think they should at least sweep/spray it out before renting it out to the next customer. Customer service was very nice though.

No distinguished display of the key drop box. It didn't seem secure to me to leave the keys in plain view through glass.

FYI, I had reserved a truck for 8:00am, 3/29 at the Central Self Storage in Alameda, CA weeks in advance. I had arrange my movers to come between 8:00am and 12:00noon on 3/29, so everything was set. Then, the evening before my move, at 5:30pm, Christine (sp?) from Central Self Storage called to tell me she didn't have a truck for me, and I'd have to go to 1701 Grand St. in Alameda to pick it up there, but they didn't open until after 9:00am. I was upset, since this cut into my movers' time. When I showed up at that location at 9:00am they had no truck for me and didn't know anything about Christine's supposed transfer. I called her and she apologized for giving me the wrong location address and said there was a truck at 535 S Shore Center in Alameda. I went there, and they only had a truck for me at 3:30pm!! I didn't have movers at 3:30pm!! So, Christine at Central Self Storage completely messed up my entire move--calling me at the last minute and then randomly changing the time and location of pickup--not to mention sending me on a wild goose chase in the morning. Not acceptable by a long shot. The man at the 535 S Shore Center did his best to help me pick up the pieces, and I was able to get a truck late that day and through the next, but my movers were not available, so I had to scramble for someone to help me move the morning of 3/30. What a complete mess!!! I was so angry! But again, the last guy was great--not his fault at all.
