Treat them the same as I was treated

There were only 2 ladies in the office. The one checked us in, and handed us the key and an instruction booklet and said "good luck". This was AFTER explaining to her that we had 1. never driven a uhaul truck. 2. never used an auto transport. There was nobody there to help us hook it all up, and we were left to fend for ourselves. She did come out and kinda show us how to do it, but again, did not actually help us. My girlfriend also had to try and drive her van onto the auto transport by herself ( again, no help ), and ended up driving off the ramp, and we had to call her insurance for roadside assistance. A gentleman came out and said he couldn't actually help us, but suggested that we just put the van in neutral and pull the trailer forward. "you might damage your bumper a bit, but that would be my suggestion" were his words. Had she done that, the whole bumper would have more than likely ripped off the van. I would never go to this location again, and hope that I NEVER have to rent a uhaul with an auto transport again!

This is I believe the third time I have used this location to rent a U-Haul. Always professional, equipment is always clean and well-maintained and the employees are personable and explain everything. Very helpful and I always recommend this location.

The equipment was mechanically well maintained, however the inside of the trailer was dirty.

People are nice, but you have to do the hookup by yourself, which I wasn't told in advance. The trailer wheel was in a ditch, so I couldn't move it to adjust the distance. I also got mud/grass all over my clothes (would have dressed differently if I had known).
