Make sure the back trailer is clean before you give it your customer had to clean up a puddle of water before I got to load my property but you guys charger me $25 for a cleaning fee for a about 5 little rubber bands..I had to clean before I got the truck that’s Ridiculous!!!

Was charged $20 late fee for a 24 hour $19.00 rental. This is usery. Especially when the location I rented from was not open 24 hours after pick up. I picked up my trailer at 2:00 on a Friday and location was closed at 12:00PM on Saturday. I figured I had the trailer for 24 hours despite their closing time.
John KWas a horrible location, right off a busy road. I called before the listed close time and nobody answered. They charged me for leaving U-Haul equipment in the trailer.
