When I dropped off the truck there was damage on the driver door & the lady brought it to my attention. She showed me white stickers with black x's on other parts of the truck where there was damage. She said on this paper you initialize & signed that meens you went around the truck with the rental place in Conroe & confermed you know of those places with damage. I said no he didnt ask me to. I said he drove the truck up & left the door open & asked me to initialize & sign. So she had to call around & got it all oked. Then when she got ready to print out my receipt it didn'tshow that I paid. So I had to show that. Now hoping yall dont try & double charge my credit card. I am keeping my receipts just in case.
