You can offer more vehicles and have friendlier customer service answering the 800 number.
I had a problem with the reservation system. I booked online but when I went to pick up I was told I did not confirm! I called the 800# and the person was somewhat rude. She wanted to send me 20 miles away to pick up a vehicle. She also kept arguing about the definition of a "Reservation!" this was news to me.
Luckily the people in this location managed to rent a track for me for 2 hrs and I was able to use it for what I needed to do.
Anyways, here is the definition of a reservation according to dictionary.com

There was too many hidden cost that were not experienced at other u-hauls. My family rented a truck two days before this one in Pittsburg; we had excellent service and no extra charges.

the staff at this location are friendly , helpful and very professional . the equipment is clean , ready and on time . this is by far the best place to rent a truck . i will come here again and again . i would recommend this location to anyone .

May b a parking lot for return retails instead of parking returns on the street if u have other returns in the back like blankets dollies easier for some to open and take out of the back at nite other then that very happy u-haul never will use any other company

the guy reminded me of the 'tow' button and adjusted my mirrors, etc. every other time i had to figure everything out myself and i bet alot of people never do become aware of that 'tow' button.

I called several times and kept getting voice mails; left two messages to make sure that the fuel and all equipment was returned as it should be as in contract when I rented it, but did not get any call back. I used the drop off box for the keys. Found out everything was ok when I received the email notifying of the completion of contract.

Barbara was great. I made an appointment for 11 AM for Sunday the 24th. I was greeted and serviced promptly. Also, the agent that gave me the truck adjusted the mirrors and gave me good info. Best U-Haul experience ever. Thanks, Jose

The two employee's are at the counter where a little how would say arrongent in there delivery of the services. Not friendly and come over as a" know it all type " likw why would you not take the insurance when I am already covered. There response would be " You have to pay if something happens to the truck no matter what , even if you have your own insurance. Uhaul does not wait for for insurance companies to pay out. You will pay for it now. No its not done like that. There approach is not good.
