Great Service. Easy process.

The employee who "helped" me at the desk was not as friendly as expected. He also did not come outside to help me check the truck for damages. The truck was in horrible mechanical condition. It didn't start well, the steering was very loose. The hydraulic pump or motor for the brakes were noisy. The heater didn't work until the employee finally came outside and switched the heater fuse with the horn fuse (that was alarming...no pun intended). I requested another truck and was told "we don't have any more" while I was looking at 3 other trucks of the same size. When I returned the truck and told the attendant about all of it's problems he nonchalantly replied "yeah I know..." Last time moving with Uhaul, thanks.

I return the truck at 755pm and was told " we are closed, drop the keys over there in the drop box. I had to ask questions about returning the trucks and what was the protocol?

Once again took a long time to finish the paperwork but office staff said that the errors occurred on the pick-up in. Young lady in the office was super courteous and helpful but outside guys less so.

I'm sorry to write this bad review but you asked (: The parking is a nightmare - TERRIBLE pot holed parking lot and mass chaos as far where everyone is parked. The guy who checked me in was rude, rude, RUDE. Horrible attitude. The assistant was nice and tried to be helpful, but the "main" guy was even rude to him in front of me. They told me my gas tank was full at start - well when I checked on it, it was NOT full. The assistant came out and looked and he agreed. When we communicated this to the main guy, he argued saying it didn't say full because it was on a hill, and if I was arguing this point, then the assistant had to pull the truck in the garage, and re-inspect it to get it off the hill. On moving day, people's schedules are TIGHT and I had movers waiting for me. I didn't have time for that and when I expressed it, the main guy was just nasty and said it would go to full once I started driving. I told him it wasn't worth a few dollars to argue, take the time and took it as-is. Well, when I drove off, it was even MORE so off the full...I had to pay for gas I didn't even have in the first place. Just put a bad taste in my mouth as far as this place. The truck was nice and clean, though, and the assistant guy was very sweet.

The customer service needs improving. There weren't enough employees or there was no since of urgency from the ones that were there. I did not feel like a valued customer.

The threat of paying 4 dollars per gallon when local prices are 2.20 is a cold shoulder to an otherwise good business transaction. A 1 dollar premium should be sufficient.

The customer counter isn't situated very well. If you get a few people in line it's not ideal for customers to be standing alongside the cardboard boxes.

To any one renting a truck anywhere – Get Ins. on truck just in case someone hits you it could happen. Look over truck for any previous damage that is there before you drive off the lot and report to them and document before leaving. Always review charges to be sure they are correct. Once you return the vehicle be sure to take a picture to prove you have filled up the tank exact to when you received truck for use or what contract specifies. Helps to have a witness who can confirm this to be true. Save gas receipt and take a picture of it in case you lose it and may need to send proof. Take a picture of miles on truck when returned. If dropping off after hours make sure all items are returned that came with truck and are in truck. Do not open up any additional items in truck if not needed as you will be charged for those if used or opened. Make sure you lock the tail gate as well as the doors to the truck as you should have received a lock and a key as well as a key for driving the truck. And drop keys in return box or in office if open. Make sure employee walks out with you to confirm all is good or not before leaving and get their name In case of any issues this is just good to do and know for your information.
