I had to wait without a line while the man running the place was chatting with a friend that had come to visit him during business hours. The same person also checked me out and made it sound like it was an inconvenience that I was taking the last 6x12 trailer, even though I had made reservations.

Again, attempted to charge me for not fueling the truck, although I did put it back to exactly where it was! I deserve a refund 100%! Not happy right now, you should probably seek other rental truck options!

It's a difficult location to move equipment around. Small corner lot. On the plus side, The customer service was EXCELLENT!!!! Way better than the "yellow" guys.

I was charged a late fee and a cleaning fee even though I turned it in on time AND i swept it out to avoid any cleaning fees. Not to mention they took too long to respond to me after i called them out on their errors. Overall, im not pleased and I see this as a company trying to rip people off.

Since the location for pickup was changed at the last minute, turn by turn instructions would have been useful

I got there at 3:45 and there was no one there.I knocked on the door no answer.Talked to the neighboring business they said he is real hit and miss.So I was waiting for my wife to pick me up and about 10 minutes later the owner backed his cadilac out of the uhaul bay.I went over and asked if he worked there and he said that he was the owner. So proceeded to tell him about the transmission not shifting out drive to overdrive and that I couldn't drive over 55 because the rpms were climbing past 4000 rpms, and there was a sprocket and wrench light that came on the dash.He ya it needs an oil change.I tried to reason with him and told him no that wasn't the case, but you could tell he was in a hurry to go somewhere. He said ya I'll check it out. Then he said he had to go.I'm a little pissed off to say the least.I bought the extra insurance,so I guess I should of drove 65 and blew it up.I got terrible gas mileage, but that wasn't a concern to him. When you rent something from a rental company you expect it to be maintained and if there is mechanical issues I feel like there should be more compensation than,''Ya I'll look at it tomorrow. If he rents something I'm sure he wouldn't like that attitude. As far as recommending uhaul to others,I guess I'll wait to hear from you. Thanks Blake 406-301-3362

1. Not make them drive 50 miles to pick up their rental when there are three places to pick up in their home town. 2. Not warn us of a cleaning fee when the vehicles are not clean upon picking them up. 3. Our trailer had one taillight out and the ratcheting mechanisms on the vehicle tie downs needed lubrication. 4. We drove through a radio "deadzone." A cd player, or even a take deck, would have been great!

Not sure how to rate this site because they closed a 1pm on Saturday. We dropped off our truck at 4:55 after hours. It is nice to have 24 hour drop off, but I wish we could have handed the keys over to someone.

They weren't there even though I went during their business hours.

Advertised as a 24 hour operation. I went by at 10 a.m. on a Weds. morning and no one was there. There was a sign on the door giving a contact number; I got an answering machine. I had to unload the large trailer alone. Never again.

Update your website! I had SOOOO many issues with actually setting up my U-box pick up/insurance/etc. Also, make sure the customer has ALL the information they need. I wasn't informed until the day before my pick up that the car we were planning on using (which had been APPROVED online) wouldn't actually be able to pull the trailer. And I only found this out because I called ahead of time to confirm my pick-up. The whole experience (planning and scheduling) was very confusing and I was continuously told different things by people online and on the phone. This location, however, was very helpful once all of the pre-stuff was figured out.

Having a location open after regular business hours would make it much easier to return unused boxes. The fact that all locations in Cheyenne close at 5:30 or before is difficult.
