We have moved with UHaul several times with good experience but the lady at the Colleyville location this time was absolutely the nicest we have every encountered! She went way above and beyond what she had to and made this a great experience for us!

I had to drive the truck about 20 miles. There was no hose clamp on the radiator so when the truck built up pressure the hose blew off. I had to go to walmart and purchase a hose clamp let it cool down and refill the radiator. The whole process took about an hour and a half. Which I had to pay my movers for doing nothing. You really should inspect the engine before renting it out. It cost me about 150$

I trust you will hear the frustration in this email. It is real. I made a guaranteed reservation, which was not fulfilled because two people didn't return the trucks they were supposed to. While I understand this is not the fault of the store, my experience began very poorly. The only consolation was that Bill tried to help me. He couldn't find any options either as all other vehicles were checked out. 30 minutes later, they gave me the $50 guarantee refund on my account and sent me to another store so that I could get the truck I was promised. While this refund was a nice apology, it did not help my timeline in the slightest. In fact, I was now missing at least an hour of the time I had allotted. Again, not U-haul's concern until the guarantee was not executed as promised. I went to the second location (the one here), and arrived at 10 minutes until 9. The store was to open at nine. at 9:10 I called UHaul because there was no one to be found on the property. After much consternation, the phone operator, Wendy (who was the only reason that I didn't have a full on tantrum that day) called the store. I heard the phone ring and no one answered. During our phone call, the employee who was workign that day sauntered in at 9:15 with no concern, sense of urgency, or apology for being late. I kept Wendy on the phone to verify that this store in fact had a rental truck. Fortunately the reservation was entered correctly, but surprise, the rental rate promised, was now, approximately double what was reserved. I was furious, but I didn't have any options. She said, you can call the 1-800 number if you want. By this time, I was already short 90 minutes of my day and the rental now cost me more than I originally agreed to. I paid the rental fee and she went to get the truck. Finally, 2 hours after I began, I was in a truck heading to my destination. the dilemma is that my timeline was 4:00 pm. Again, not Uhaul's problem until the company's failed organization system caused me to lose 2 of those hours. I was infuriated with the service of the host at this location, and supremely disappointed with the general lack of concern for me as a customer. I have received the $50 refund, but I would like to be made whole for the poor execution of systems which took place on that day. I have used in Uhaul in the past, and continue to use a Uhaul storage space as we speak. I would like to use Uhaul in the future, but I need acknowledgement of the failure of Uhaul to meet my needs. Otherwise, you have lost a customer. I am one individual and if it is unimportant to the company that you have lost a potential client, than I understand. You have confirmed that the customer doesn't have value. I look forward to and await your response.

Teresa at the rental office is a 10 when it comes to customer service and taking care of the business . Professional, polite and displaysca caring attitude. Very refreshing in todays business world.
