Terrible customer service. 4 people at front desk when we arrived and nobody wanted to assist. I was told there were no dollie's available when I arrived. We had to point to a stack of them on the sales floor. I was then told they were on hold for another customer. I had made my reservation earlier that day and had to provide my rental application as proof. Nobody offered to help load the dollies or blankets. Upon returning the equipment I asked if I could pull in front of the store to unload. The clerk advised "only if you want nails in your tires". I had to unload the dollies and pads again on our own because one clerk was arguing on the phone with his credit card company for taking a payment from his checking account and the other clerk just didn't give a **it. Terrible customer service. !!!!!!!!

I had a reservation and they seemed to be totally uninformed about it. They said they did not have the reserved truck initially, but then suddenly found one. The employees seemed rather out- of- touch. No one went outside to direct me to the truck and/or show me anything about it. I was not impressed. Employees need to show more interest and focus. perhaps management needs to take more of an active role.

The employee who connected the rental trailer kept complaining about how difficult his co-workers are.

Truck was marked as 3/4 full of gas, when I entered vehicle it was half way between 1/2 and 3/4. I immediately alerted attendant. He checked guage and commented "it's 11/16th that's close enough". I think not really. In a truck like this that could equal about 2 gallons of gas= roughly 6 bucks. I was also charged for 4 miles of use , I took photos of the mileage at pickup and delivery. I used 2.8. Again it's only .29 cents per mile, but that combined with the extra gas I purchased adds up to 25% of the total cost.

They didn't mind taking my money but when I needed help with the fork lift to move my stuff out they weren't in no hurry I had to leave once then wait for over two hour to get them to use you fork lift. Steve was the only male there that was helpful. Paul

I RESERVED A 10' TRUCK AND A DOLLY. WHEN I GOT HOME, THERE WAS NO DOLLY. WHEN CALLING TO THE STORE, I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD COME BACK AND GET IT, BUT THE ONLY TRANSPORTATION THAT I HAD WAS THE TRUCK AND USING UP TH MILAGE THAT I PAID FOR FOR THE MOVE. I DID RECEIVE A CREDIT WHEN I TURNED IN THE TRUCK, BUT THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD CHECK WHAT HTEY ARE DOING MAKING SURE THAT THE CUSTOMERS GET THE EQUIPTMENT THAT THEY HAVE PAID FOR!!!!

Couldn't have been a smoother process to rent a cargo van to pick up building supplies I needed. Liked the automated check out and return in the lot and email receipt. Made my day!

This location was understaffed and backed up. Not real organized. Was told to park and drop off the trailer and when I got back inside two people jumped in front of me, delaying our departure by 15-20 minutes.

We had an old damaged truck that would not start at our the first time we turned the truck off. Then the service agent after 15 minutes told us to put it in neutral and start it and it turned on. We asked for a new truck but were told it would be fine. It then broke down on the highway to where it wouldn't drive faster than 25mph. We had to drive on the shoulder for almost 10 miles to get to an exit that was populated enough to be safe. We waited almost 4 hours until we could leave the scene and walk to the Super 8 motel. We were told to call to have you all verify with Super 8 that you would be taking the charges. After waiting for over 20 minutes for assistance your system hung up on me. So, I used my own credit card to get the room. We then got a call after we were in bed that you all were taking care of the room. We had to wait until about 11 am the next morning for a new truck to arrive at the location where our old truck was towed to. We took a taxi and had to help move our stuff from one truck to the next, which took two hours and a lot of labor from us. The next truck we had made a buzzing sound because a light kept coming on for almost the whole 7 hour trip home. It would go off for about 10 minutes if we turned off the truck. When we made it to our town the new truck started making big clunking noises and jostling motions as we would try to start out. It would be okay if we went above 20 mph. We barely had anyone show any sympathy or apologize for the troubles we were having. Overall it was one awful trip!!! It would take some real amends to get us to use your company again.

I was told there was a full tank of gas. incorrect. I had a quarter tank. Used the truck to pack and move for 5 hours. 200 miles. had to stop for gas twice. When I returned the truck in st Louis, I was told that I had the wrong truck. Numbers didn't match:(

When I arrived at the store there was 1 person working and the line was to the door. I waited in line for over 50 minutes just to pick up the trailer I was renting. Upon attaching the trailer it was checked for working turn signals and brake lights. Those worked however the running lights did not and I was pulled over by law enforcement twice for not having running lights on the trailer. All around pretty terrible experience.

Even though there were 5 spots to process people, only 1 was open. It took 45 minutes from the time I got there to get checked out. General Manager was the one working the desk so there was no one to complain to. My truck pickup also got moved from an affiliate to this location for some reason.

Cost was fine and the location was fine but on Saturday morning, very busy time as we were all trying to obtain equipment, there was one worker doing everything. I stood in line for 40 minutes and I got there early. There was at any given time no less than 7 customers in line. Just ridiculous. And he was the general manager!

The male manager seemed more interested in socializing with two female employees. He was even giving one of them rides on a cart in the lot. The person helping me with my order could not tell me hours for my drop-off location, or if they would be open on Labor Day (my scheduled drop off day.) Finally, the trailer I was to pick up was blocked in by other equipment, so the employee connected me with another. They forgot about the 2-wheel dolley I ordered and I had to remind them to add it to the trailer. Poor service and an unpleasant customer experience.

On pick up date the line was too long (8 other customers) a service person did not show up. The truck was dirty, windows were hard to see out of, the A/C didn't work once the load was on and increasing speed. Door gasket on drivers door was falling off in transit, and the mileage rate for a local in town move vs. A one way move was never offered and I drove 50 miles plus back to this store to return a truck at a mileage rate over $1.19 a mile. Not cool UHaul. Someone could have told me there was a dealer in the zip code I was moving too.
