Not use this place as a pick up location. This place was dirty and they had no idea what they were doing. They took forever to simply fill out the rest of my information and swipe my credit card because he was to busy running the other part of his business.I was not suppose to pick up my trailer at this location, there was a closer location to my home but they couldn't get a trailer there for some reason, so I had to drive across town to this location to have a horrible experience. I will not use Uhaul again unless I can find a full service center near my home.

I have spent several thousand dollars renting U-Haul equipment over the last 12 months. This includes 3 trucks, 1 trailer and several auto transports from different U-Haul locations. I have had several bad experiences, both at gas station distribution points, but my experience with this location was by far the worst. There were several problems with this encounter. This was a gas station with personnel that were not adequately trained to rent U-Haul equipment. The personnel were more interested in servicing the gas and lottery customers than handling the paperwork associated with my rental reservation. The personnel, there were two, did not know how to properly access the U-Haul software system and had to make several phone calls while I stood there waiting to pick up the trailer. The site was not set up to provide enough room to park equipment and SAFELY navigate trucks and other tow vehicles to the equipment. When I asked how I was going to access the auto transport in the back of the building with the 26’ U-Haul truck, I was told that the trailer wasn’t heavy and I could move it by hand. After 40 minutes, the attendant told me to just leave my CC and drivers license # and he would get it figured out. I could take the trailer if I would stop back to sign the paperwork. We had a 400 mile day ahead of us and it was already 4pm so we carefully backed the truck around to the trailer, jackknifed the trailer so we could hook it up and left. I am pretty sure this is contrary to U-Haul policy. We returned about an hour later with my vehicle on the auto transport to pick up the paper work before heading out of town. The contract was for an auto transport being towed by a personal vehicle instead of a U-Haul, read double the cost and my card had already been charged. This was in spite of the fact that one of the attendants went out to the 26’ U-Haul three times to get the vehicle number for the auto transport contract. The manager was not helpful, I had to call U-Haul and explain to them what was going on and another 45 minutes went by while lottery tickets and gas customers were given priority. Finally, a credit is issued and we are able to start our 400 mile leg right in the middle of rush hour in Atlanta. U-Haul had cost me much frustration and a couple hours of delay. U-Haul, I hope you are listening. You need to re-evaluate your business model. I get that you want to make more pick up points available so customers don’t have to drive so far to get the equipment. Great idea, there are just a couple of operational issues that need to be considered. 1. The site needs to have adequate space to safely store, maneuver and access the equipment. 2. The site personnel need to be thoroughly trained on the U-Haul software and procedures. 3. U-Haul customers should not be relegated to the end of the line because the gas and lottery ticket customers seem more urgent. U-Haul renters are dealing with much more stress as a part of their move w

there was a lot of confusion while I was checking in.

This is gas station/convenience store with only one attendant which meant I was required to hooked up and unhooked trailer with NO assistance. This could be a problem for some customers with no experience.

Trash in Truck with I picked it up and the tank was half empty along with no communication about 1 way trip mileage which lead to overages.
