Everything was fine until I got billed for late drop off fee! I did not turn the trailer in late and should not be charged. Also would help if I could have talked to someone on the phone to clear this matter up. Will not be a return customer!!

This location is NOT business friendly. This retailer has his office in a makeshift mobile trailer, that's very unclean. There was trash and paper everywhere, dust on everything and it wasn't sanitary at all. I was truly worried that I might get sick and did my best not to touch anything. The furniture pads and mattress pads, he had in a junked car. Now that I remember that, his office is located on what appears to be a junk yard! Then to top that off, I didn't get any mattress pads, as he didn't have any and I only got 8 furniture pads, when I paid for a dozen! This whole trip was wrong, from the get go! I reserved a truck on Feb. 19th and you guys called the day before, to tell me that you didn't have a truck at that location and that I had to drive to Dalton, GA to get the truck and dolly and offered nothing for compensation, other than adding miles to the rental account. That's unacceptable, especially since I was already stressed, trying to move from one state to another! You guys REALLY need to get your stuff together! I've known people that had experiences with Uhaul in the past, as well as my family and was hoping that you guys had gotten much better but apparently not, so much that you've gotten worse!

Nothing. Their regular office hours start at 2pm on Sunday which I didn't notice when I made the reservation. After talking to the gentleman there, he agreed to come in at 11am so we could get on our way.

Pick up location was changed the day before pick up. Had to drive 80 miles round trip to pick up. I admit to being 45 minutes early for pick up but I had to wait 35 minutes for someone to show up.

The computer didn't work, took forever took get the truck. Said it was full on gas, I only moved a quarter of a mile and they charged me $30. They were not organized at all, the worker was friendly and I liked his attitude, he was trying hard to make things easier. He was fighting to get the $30 for gas knocked off because the truck was not full as suspected.
