Store did not open on time on either the pickup day or the return day. I had to wait bot times. Also there is no way to do a after hours drop which is inconvenient.

storm door to be rekeyed screw fell out top of storm door on R door top of dishwasher needs to be screwed in leak in hall bathroom This will by my LAST time ever using UHAUL. This has been the ONLY company I've used for the last 15 years. I specifically choose this location because it was the only one in my area that was labeled a 24 hour drop off location and had a dolly. When the man called to confirm, he stated it was NO problem for me to return the truck that evening. When I arrived at the designated time (10am) on Saturday morning, it was then I was told they close at 2pm and I could bring it back Monday, no problem. Actually, that was a big problem. The property is surrounded by a locked fence. With the distance I had to travel, there would have been no way to get back by 2. . I was very upset because the WHOLE reason I moved Saturday was because I had to work Monday, as did my friend that would be driving the truck. I called UHAUL customer service. I was unable to return the truck anywhere else without a fee. The CSR apologized for the inconvenience and promised to make a notation. I was concerned there wouldn't be enough room to park the truck and leave it outside the gate. This location is on a very busy and narrow four lane road. He said he would see what he could do and have someone call me. After nobody called, I called back Sunday. The lady I spoke with said NO notation had been made. She essentially said there was nothing she could do and that the facility was listed as a 24 hour drop off location. I googled the site instead of using the UHAUL site, which was a mistake clearly. I saw several sites which listed the opening time as 9am. SO, at 9am this morning (Monday), after having to call work to tell them I'd be late to drop off the UHAUL, I was waiting. When we pulled up, another truck was parked outside the fence. We had to drive down the road a little bit and pull in somewhere. At 915, I called UHAUL and got the same UHAUL CSR I'd spoken with Sunday. She said the place doesn't open until 10 on Monday, which IS on the UHAUL site. Since, finally, the other truck drove away (they must have thought 9am, too), I had my friend park the truck and we left it. It was just barely on the grass, off the road. My friend almost got hit, just trying to get out of the truck and walk to my car. My issue is ONE, why close on Saturday at 2pm when you run a business surrounded by a locked gate??? Most people can't get a move from one place to another that is 45 minutes apart done in under 4 hours. TWO, why list yourself as a 24 hour drop off location when the gate is locked at 2pm? If the other truck that was there when we pulled up, there would have been NO way to leave the truck there and I would have to have waited a hour before I could leave it and go to work. This was my FIRST day of work and I really hated having to be late because of such a ridiculous inconvenience. THIRD, if you're going to close so

It was scary truck driving this truck because the wheel was so shaky when ever the speed to reach more than 50 miles per hour. It was so unsafe that I decided to return it to an other place instead of driving back to Dalton. I was concerned for my safety driving this truck back. Unfortunateley, I'm the one o pay the penalties.

On your web site this location was a 24/7 drop off location. I went to this site after hours on 6/27 and there was a locked gate with no instructions to leave trailer. Got online and checked two other sites and went to those addresses and they were no longer a uhaul dealer. Need to update information on web site. Left trailer with daughter to return on following monday 6/29 and she took it to another uhaul dealer and he refused to accept it. She took it to the one on the contract during the business hours and gates were still locked. After her calling around, the uhaul dealer finally showed up later that the business hours listed. Trailer was finally returned after some frustration.
