Make sure the rental equipment is actually in the truck. I had to send my friend back to the agency to get the blankets and dolly that I rented, causing a waste of a 1/2 hr of my time. Also, when they put the dolly in the back of her truck, they did not cushion it, causing scratches to the bed of her vehicle.

Called on the pickup day to see if I could pickup the trailer early, they said sure it's due back at 2pm so drop by just after that and you can pick it up. Went in around 2:30 and they said no the trailer isn't due back until 3 we never said it was due back at 2. All my phone calls are recorded on my cell phone, so I played back the recording and sure enough they did say 2 o'clock. The lady there was rude from the beginning. Next, I went to pick up the trailer after 3 o'clock. Got all the paperwork done, went to hook up the trailer and one side of the lights wasn't working. They brought out a tester and tested the lights, saying everything was OK on the trailer although one side was very dim so it must be my vehicle. I told them OK I will take my vehicle to Ford to have it checked out and fixed, I will be back later to pick up the trailer. Took my vehicle to Ford, paid $50 to have my towing electrical tested and everything turned out to fine. Went back to the pickup location the next day and the idiots rented out my trailer. They told me it was sitting in the yard so they assumed that it was cancelled, even though I said I'd be back to pick it up. They said it was due back at 3 o'clock and to come pick it up after that. Came back after 3pm and hooked up again and once again one side of lights didn't work on the trailer. They tested the trailer again and it worked although the one side was still very dim. I asked to hook up to a different trailer to test so we did, and it worked just fine on a different trailer. Went back, hooked up to the original trailer again and still no go. They hooked up the trailer to the tester again, still one side dim. The guy pressed the light on the dim side of the trailer and all of a sudden it started flashing as bright as the other side. They unhooked the tester and we hooked the trailer back up to my vehicle and lo-and-behold it worked. It turns out the light had a wiring problem in the trailer which is why it failed to work. With the trailer hooked up to my vehicle, I took it to the side so they could have a look at it. One of the service guys said yeah, we had this problem the other day. WHAT?! I wasted all this time when you guys had this problem the other day? Obviously no communication between people at this location, what a joke. They put electrical tape over the connection in the trailer as a temporary fix so I could take the trailer. When I finally got it on the road and off to my destination I had to stop on the side of the road and fix the light constantly until I was finally able to drop it off. What an absolute joke!! I will never deal with these guys again, and will never use Uhaul again. I have nothing but problems with this company and I hit my tipping point. I will rent a trailer from elsewhere the next time I need to move anything.

Truck cab was disgustingly filthy. Spilled drink sticky substance all over dash area. Floors muddy. Trailer had mud in it - had them clean it before departure. Booked and received confirmation of 26' truck. Day before departure get a call telling me that the max size avail was 17' so after discussion was offered a trailer to accompany smaller truck. Day of pickup asked for my booked and confirmed furniture dolly and utility dolly - no utility dollies available! Negotiation was for one vehicle with insurances but when they offered the 2nd (trailer) for a dollar I accepted. Trailer should have been free - not my error. Then to add insult to injury I get charged $9.00 insurance on my $1.00 trailer rental. Very disappointed with entire transaction. Booked a month in advance to ensure I would get what I needed but ended up with this mess. Will look for any other option than U-Haul on my next move!

Send the Brunette lady to Etiquette school. She had that Take it or leave it attitude. Would not give us the trailer with better tires, rather one with worn ones. Nor supply a spare tire or recommend where I could purchase one.

I was disappointed that after hooking up the trailer I decided to check the lights & they were not working properly. I was assured the trailer was checked previously, it must be my truck, but checking further the trailer was at fault. A waste of my time and bigger waste had I driven away based on the assurance of the employee.

Check engine light on and seatbelt indicator flashing when the seatbelt was on. Seems the truck needs some maintenance. Other than that it was a good experience and well priced and rentco was very nice. Still recommend highly

Please ensure that the hours of operation on your website are accurate. I arrived on a Sunday as your website indicated it was open. It was not, and I was charged an extra $50 for a call out. I was not impressed.

The lady that served me forgot to put the dolly in the truck, or give it to me, I am not sure how the protocol works. She did ask if I meant to rent one and I said yes, and then when I got to my location it was not in the truck, which means I had to pay for the miles to drive all the way back to the store to pick up the dolly and all the way back to my location. So I am not impressed, it seems like a money grab to me, to forget about putting something in so the customer has to pay for the miles to come back and get it

Brake lights and running lights stopped working eventhough it looked like a new wiring harness had been installed. Very dangerous.
