I received unclear directions about where to park my car while I left it on site during the time I had my rental. Also, as I returned it after five on a Sunday, there was no attendant on site and there were confused customers trying to figure out the proper place to leave their vehicle everywhere. The parking lot was a confusing traffic jam.

Only that the reps. were not particularly friendly. I know they're busy, and they don't have to be bubbly...BUT, a smile and a friendly attitude go a long way for customer relations...especially when folks are standing in line. We own a business, so we know it works...for customers AND employees! Other than that...the guys did a good job. Place seemed well run, and equipment was ready and in good shape. Thanks!

Give drop off instructions. I was not sure how to do drop off after hours until I found the sign outside. Then I saw the next person leave her truck in the wrong place and blocked everybody else that was coming in. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE, personnel et al.

Truck all loaded, ready to go, then my passenger finds the seat belt broken - 100% useless. As a result, passenger had to take another car and follow the truck. Extra expense, total inconvenience, very aggravating. Such a key item should be part of the pre-rental check. Poor show!

I was deceived by the person who checked me out to receive my UHaul truck in Greensboro. I made my initial reservation online. When I picked up the 14' UHaul truck, the individual finalizing the transaction muttered under his breath "that's weird, I don't see it." I inquired as to what he meant, yet he did not provide me an answer. It was not until I signed the agreement that he highlighted a phone number on the contract and told me that I would have to call that phone number to confirm the location of the final destination. Before I left the UHaul office, I received a text message that indicated a different final destination from the final destination that I selected online. This final destination was in a completely different city from the one I selected online. I told this to the person that completed the transaction, and he told me to "just call the number I highlighted and tell them to fix it". I took his word for it, and left with the UHaul truck. When I set on the road to go to my final destination, I called the number he provided for me. This was the number for UHaul's Raleigh Regional office. I spoke with a woman named Denisa, who was extremely short and rude with me on the phone. She lacked any shred of professionalism, so I requested to speak with her manager. She explained to me that she did not have any supervisor whatsoever, and that any issue I had, I would have to address with her. After spending nearly half an hour explaining to her that I had made the correct reservation on-line and that I was not informed of the change in location of the final destination, she proved to be no help at all. She insisted there was absolutely nothing she could do, and told me that I would have to take the UHaul 14' truck to the final destination designated on my contract. The contract itself did not even state the correct final destination. The final destination per the contract that I received was in Raleigh, North Carolina. The final destination on the text message that I received was for Wake Forest, North Carolina. Again, I spent nearly half an hour on the phone with Denisa in the UHaul Raleigh Regional office and she refused to help me in any way. I decided to call the Greensboro office back, but was forwarded to a call center. I spoke with a very nice and understanding individual named Carlos. Carlos explained to me that though the contract itself could not be changed he could put in the Notes of the contract that I was going to drop off the UHaul truck at the final destination that I designated online. He further explained to me that it should not be an issue to drop off the truck at another location in the same city. This is completely contradictory to what Denisa had previously told me. It turns out that Carlos was absolutely correct, and was very helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, Carlos is stuck at a call center, and Denisa is in charge of the Raleigh regional office. Nothing you were great! Picked up the van, loaded furniture I needed for my new office in Danville and drove to Danville.
