These guys were great. They even stayed open a little later when I was running late to make sure I had the truck I needed.

I was charged for more miles than I drove, but it wasn't enough to complain about. It's amazing how we got from 19.95 for the truck to 55.00 for using it 1:50 and driving 16 miles total.

Agents didn't lock down auto transport and it disconnect while I loaded my vehicle. Also he let me leave the lot with in op blinkers and brake lights. I had to go another dealer to repair. The issue was in the truck.

We went in the night prior to the day we needed a truck and the guy couldn't reserve it because the computer was glichy and we came in first thing and he was there and remembered us and was awesome. Worked out well!

Truck seemed to have transmission problems and gauges stopped working twice while driving

I reserved online TWO MONTHS in advance and was contacted the DAY BEFORE moving and informed I would not be getting the truck I reserved and that I had to choose a different pick-up location. How considerate. I'm now relieved the pick-up location was changed because when I called a few days before my scheduled reservation to make sure everything was on track, the man who spoke to me ( at Only One Way To Go in Greenwood) wouldn't help me at all. He was rude and short with me. Anyway, the man who took care of me at the Two Fat Guys Superstore was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to help me. Kudos to Two Fat Guys Superstore for saving the day!!!

The gentlemen at this location were courteous and professional. I returned the trailer right as all of them were getting to their cars to go home for the day. All 3 employees that were leaving walked over to help me disconnect the trailer. They were not required to do that at all, but did anyway. It was superb customer service, which seems to be a lost art these days.

The location was inside ACE hardware however no one told us that, they kept saying it was Two Fat Guys Storage. There was no signage on the outside of the building etc. Very Confusing.

Well they didn't have truck I asked for, and offered me the next smaller size. It was a nice cut on the price, but I still couldn't fit everything I was moving into the cargo van. I wasn't willing to make the extra trip because of the costs of adding an additional 60 miles. I still don't have a way to make the remainder.

Make sure to check tire pressure before departure. One trailer tire was down to 10 psi. Couldn't tell until loading. Inflated properly and had a good trip.

I am moving from the north side to the south side with a lot of furniture. When I picked up the truck, the man in the morning was nice. However, I had to go back to get the extras I had paid for, after realizing the were not in the truck - although I had reached my destination already. This added a lot of miles I had to pay for. I had paid for furniture pads and a dolly, because but they were not given to me. When I returned, I got the equipment and went back to the north side, I found that the furniture pads were wet! The whole day the transmission in the truck was slipping, which I thought may have just been the way that uhaul drove, but at one point the "drive green" bars went all the way up, and back down a few times- an obvious electrical issue. I was stuck up north, so I hurried back hoping I would not be stranded somewhere. When I did return the truck, early, no less, I told the store about this. The employees were nice, but the manager was rude and said that I would have to call the number on the pamphlet about the transmission, not her, despite that I had returned it without issue. I told them that I mentioned it because I did not want someone else to get hurt and the manager did not seem to care. She seemed more frustrated that I had said it near other customers, and that she would have to ground the truck. Overall this has been the most frustrating, horrible moving experience of my life. I was charged for the hours I did not have the truck, the covers were wet, and unusable, the truck was scary to drive due to the transmission, and the manager made me feel and look like an idiot in front of customers. I will not go back to this location.
