Worst overall experience I've had. I have moved several times with uhaul and this may be my last.

Juan is the only reason the above review is so positive. Give this guy a bonus or something, amazing service.

The customer service had some positives and negatives. The guy didn't really go over anything on the contract nor did he explain anything about the truck. He was overall a pleasant person and was nice enough to stop traffic so that I could get on the road safely, which I unappreciated greatly. The truck I rented was in poor condition. The steering was slightly unaligned to the right and the passenger side view mirror moved when on the freeway to where I could see my bind spots. I had to change lanes blindly to get to an exit so that I can fix the mirror. I had to exit three times to fix the mirror and finally gave up and drove with a side view mirror that was not working properly. I paid a lot of money for this rental and expected everything to work properly, especially when it concerns a person's safety. I shouldn't be charged full price for a partially working vehicle.
