We had a problem with the billing , I was told at pick up that the truck was rented for twenty four hours,we were unaware that billing had it rented for six hours. When we returned truck we were told the bill was double than originally told at pick up. U-haul did adjust billing back to the twenty four hour rate,but it was a hassle and an inconvenience. The rental establishment should given the paperwork a once over with us when we initially picked up the truck, the motel/u-haul employee told us it was a 24 hr. agreement and at the return told us that we should have scrutinized paperwork ourselves to make sure it was in order. Every time in the past I had been informed correctly about billing at the picking up of vehicle, but I had been renting from u-haul centers, there is only the motel/uhaul center here and perhaps they need more training. The billing was corrected after I called u-haul 800 no. And did recieve follow up call.
