Need to hire personnel! Long waits. When I returned trailer for a malfunctioning tail lamp, manager seemed bothered by my request. Not pleasant.

My reservation was wrong. The collection locat ion was Taylor Rd at 12PM instead of 7AM at the Tamiami Trail location

The worker who assisted me was multi tasking. In addition to helping Uhaul customers, he was also filling propane tanks for other customers..While the process only took 2 mins, it took the worker 20 mins to assist me due to his other responsibilities..

I reserved a 15 foot truck a week ago. When I get there they only had a 20 foot truck. Not that much of a problem but a 15 foot was more than I needed and a 20 was WAY more then I needed so I'm sure the gas I used for. 170 mile trip was more also. But wasn't a "terrible" experience

I would definetly return to this UHaul location. One inconvenience that I had experienced: I rented a 17' truck with many pieces of furniture to move. I needed the whole length of both sides of the truck, as well as the height. The mats were hung over the dolly which I did not need either of. I was told that if cut down and used there would be a charge. I needed to remove both in order to complete my move. I called the office to report same and it was confirmed and noted that there would be no charge. It was a bit of an inconvenience to have to stop and consider my options in the middle of my move. Maybe, if the pads and dollies are not needed they may be removed before the consumer takes the truck. Overall..an excellent experience! Linda Frisina

What can be improved? Nothing. Equipment was ready and clean at the reserved time, the staff was courteous and professional. My mileage was less than anticipated and the cost difference was explained and returned. I will be back when a truck/trailer is needed.

I was given a Moving Van with the a back door damaged that I was not notified about and I called the Manager his answer was that I didn't have to worry about even the delivery girl her comment was "why is he worrying about when he doesn't have to paid" what type a service is this and more to return the Van the girl didn't want to release my paper work I had to wait about a good 10 minutes for another guy I will never rent a truck from this location again this is very SERVICE

Don't bother going, they took an hour to just get the trailer on my truck, I ended up doing it my self in the back and they waisted my time by waiting to let them do it when I ended up doing it my self. Completely bs service

Serrena has an attitude problem. Brought up the chain situation and he said managers don't know any thing.

You need more staff. There was only 2 people working and a line out the door. Also due to this lack of people my car hauler was not hooked up properly and caused damage to my personal truck. The employees you did have that day were very polite and admitted there mistakes.

Personnel didn't even know where they were located in relation to area. Under staffed, and didn't reimburse for boxes I bought and were told and as indicated on invoice that I could when finished with them. I couldn't wait to get out of there and would hate to have to use them again.

It was one of those crazy things; large patio sofa on sale, so We needed a van quickly before an area furniture store closed (and we were catching a flight out the following day). UHaul made it happen quickly and without any hidden charges. We were very satisfied.

My most recent visit has been nothing short of an ongoing nightmare, but at least I can count on a few things every time I visit this location: 1. There will be a maximum of one person, and frequently zero, sitting behind the desk ensuring that any sort of volume leads to long waits and inconvenience. 2. You'll somehow end up paying more money than you were led to believe you'd owe. 3. If you choose to question any poor or unethical business practice, be prepared for one or more uHaul employees to aggressively and unprofessionally argue their case. You'll hear things like "That's how we've always done it" or "Go somewhere else", or my personal favorite "Thats not my fault". 4. Employees will tell you all sorts of false information exists in the paperwork they force you to sign, things that break down when you ask them to locate those clauses in their own literature. This situation actually happened, twice. 5. If you have a problem (and almost every problem seems to fall under this category, per on-site employee(s)) that actually requires management intervention, you better get there early because management doesn't work late. If you're like me that had a problem that went unresolved due to absent management, I hope you don't have a 9-5 job that prevents you from visiting during the week because good luck getting them on the phone. When the phone isn't immediately picked up, which (spoiler) is every time you call, it rolls into a call center. Have a charge on your credit card that shouldn't be there? Sorry, can't help you at the call center, try calling the store again. You've tried calling the store 12 times over a 48hr period? Well leave us a message and we'll call you back. It's been several business days and you've not received a call back? Rinse and repeat. I actually had an employee of uHaul deny me services which I had been FORCED to pay for. Here's my incident in a nutshell, of course I'm paraphrasing. (9am) uHaul employee: How long will you have the vehicle? Me: I don't know. uHaul employee: Think you'll be done by 3pm? Me: I sure hope so. (Finishing up a day of moving, 4:30pm) Me: Here's your vehicle uHaul Employee: Hey there, you're here after 3pm so we've gone ahead and charged you for an extra day. That's effectively doubled your total charge because that's an additional day of renting the vehicle, taxes /fees and because you originally opted for insurance, we're going to force you to pay for an additional day of insurance as well. In the surreal and unprofessional conversation that followed I learned that it would have been cheaper had I committed to keep the truck through 9pm that night as apposed to telling the behind the counter employee that I didn't know when I'd be done. I also learned that the grasp uhaul’s employees have over the literature in their customer agreement is what I’d generously refer to as “loose”. BUTTTTT here's the best part, after learning that uh

They need more staff. Also the truck had a n issue with the tire monitoring system that needed servicing.
