We had some billing issues but they were resolved reluctantly by the staff. I would like to point out that I rented a vehicle for 7 days between 8/25 and 9/2. Contract number 98927520. I have always had confidence that U-Haul gave me the best price. I am a very frequent renter. That contract should have been a weekly rate, $333 and change. I believe that I was overcharged by about $157.00. I was informed on my last visit that if I rent a vehicle for 3 weeks and one day, (as an example) that my rate will be a daily rate for 22 days. I would presume that the rate should have been 3 weeks at a weekly rate plus one day at a daily rate. Under prior management this was the practice from this location. Now, to get the weekly rate, I will have to rent for a week at a time, turn the contract over at he end of full weeks and then re-rent for any other days over full weeks? Marc Oberlin

Customer service was very friendly and accommodating however the truck that was rented to me had a bad battery - when using the vehicle I had to constantly jump it which created a major hassle and waste of time . Will not rent from uhaul in the future .

I specifically stated that I diid not want the insurance offered, that my policy was good enough. However, it was included on my bill and the people at check in return stated that the error was ALL MY FAULT! I was told, "I didn't pay proper attention to the key pad at the start of my rental. I feel I was mis-lead on the use of the pad." When I expressed my concern, it was dismissed and the manager was rude. I have rented equipment many time from U-Haul. However, I WILL NEVER RENT AGAIN FROM U-HAUL. This has to be the worst customer service experience I have had. This experience will be noted on Angie's List as a business to be avoided at all cost. This was the worst experience I've ever had to go through...it's all thanks to the phone operator who is doing the scheduling..started off by scheduling me an hour away from the location I requested costing me to pay movers extra$400 for the delay...then I also requested storage space and again uhaul rep sent me to a location that no longer partners with uhaul..fron there I drove to 3 other storage facilities until I could get through...again the worst experience ever...I will never use uhaul again..with all the wasted time and money I might as well hired movers

Martin the general manager was incredibly helpful in the process of finding our lost U-Box and went above and beyond the call in making good on the experience. He made a difficult situation very workable with his customer service commitment. My true appreciation to him and his staff.

Fix your trucks Gas gages so customers don't over spend money filling up trucks tanks.. Even ur associates said it they all do that. I over spent 30 dollars filling the tank I only ran 27 miles not even 4 gal of gas

I had a trailer reserved for 7:00 AM which was changed to 8:30, but I was told that trailer had not yet been returned and I would receive a call when it was ready. At noon, I called to find out what was going on and was told that I could pick it up now. I guess they forgot to call. Aside from messing up my schedule, equipment was easy to load and tow and associate who connected it to my truck was very professional.

The lady who gave us the truck was very rude and unprofessional. She got rude with me because of a mistake made by the desk person. An apology would have helped. The truck was full of cockroaches. I killed at least ten before using it. Disgusting! When we returned the truck there was an issue with the fuel gauge. I put in three gallons of gas, then another four, and the gas gauge wouldn't move. Finally I added seven more gallons and the gauge jumped to full. It had been at 5/8s when I checked it out. This cost me an extra $25 or so. The only good part of the experience was the return guy. He apologized and gave us a $20 break on our $70 bill, which was appreciated.

The man inside was not friendly and acted like he didn't want to be at work , we all have hard days but when you're in customer service a smile helps , the guy acted like he was being sentenced, The man who worked outside with me was very nice.
