This location could benefit a parking lot expansion, or annexing an adjacent parking lot. trying to maneuver a 20' truck into the parking lot, unloading, leaving to refuel, and dropping off took more nerve than should be necessary. especially since the parking lot appears almost completely full.

Start giving money back for gas! if its above the level a should have returned it at then can i get my money back, renting a truck is expensive enough without wasting money on gas i won't get to use.

The reservation that I placed and what I got were different. The store manager at the location could care less what my email reservation said. I was charged the wrong amount and it still hasn't been fixed. I will not use U-Haul again.

Excellent customer service. I made a mistake when ordering my equipment, the store manager fixed it for me in a breeze. Later I had to change my rental, again excellent and friendly service worked out everything. This was the best customer experience in a long time! Thank you. Juraj Berkovic, MD

Picked up the truck in Oklahoma City u haul truck was heating up almost our whole trip called u haul 4 times and couldn't get thru once I waited over an hour. We finally made it but when we got to the storage in California they had no idea who I was and no reservations where found in my name I called u haul again twice and did not help me at all. They said finally that they didn't have any storage company offering one month free in there area. Odd because I had a reservation or I thought!!!! I can afford my own storage just I would of planned ahead instead of having to wait another day for my storage. Poor customer service not too happy 5 months pregnant did not have to go through all of this! Sorry normally don't give bad reviews but this time it was horrible!

Overcharged on extras And did not get what I paid for I purchased boxes online, and the person who picked up the truck did not receive them. They were bought online and uhaul needs me to bring the card I used to buy the. No other online shopping experience requires me to fly to their location, and hold the card in their hand to do a charge back

Make sure your rental policies and prices are the same on your online registration service, your phone reservation service and at your locations. Educate your personnel in customer service and company policies across the board. Update your forms to reflect who is actually driving the vehicle. DO NOT ask people for their credit card information without first providing them (1) the total actual cost of their rental, plus estimates of accruing charges (like gas), and (2) and actual, truthful statement of the duration of their reservation. After trying to use your online service, I called in to make a reservation, but ultimately I had to go down to the location to complete my purchase because I could not rent the truck for 48 hours over the phone or via the internet. When I told them what I needed and why I was there, the personnel at the location said, and I quote, "No problem. We can do that." When I received the confirmation email at my office later that day, the wrong day, wrong time, and wrong mileage rate were listed. I called and fixed that. The next day, day two of our rental, the location personnel called us asking where the truck was, told us it was due back after 24 hours, and saying we needed to bring it back then. I was out of the office (Saturday), so the driver called me, I gave him my account of my rental experience, and he went to the location and took care of it. If there were ANY other trucking service, I would use them for our business needs. And I will be looking. I will be reporting this experience to Angie's List. That said, your personnel were unfailingly polite, which was the only saving grace of the entire experience.

My truck broke down. I didn't get home until the next day. It was beyond bad.

Overall experience: Poor. Almost disastrous. Rented a 6x12 trailer and the person who hooked it up failed to tighten the hitch ball. Made it about two miles from the U-Haul lot to the first stop light and the trailer came off the hitch ball. It slammed into the back of my truck. The trailer bent my truck bumper and destroyed the eyelets on the hitch where the safety chains connect. Had to reconnect the trailer in the street and limp back to the U-Haul lot. The store manager called it "An off the ball accident" when he wrote up the incident report. I was unable to complete my move due to the damage to my truck. It could have been a lot worse. My option after leaving the U-Haul lot was to enter the onramp to the interstate or take the side road. Luckily, I took the side road. If I had gotten onto the interstate, I would have wrecked and possibly got killed. Probably taking out some other cars in the process. RepWest is U-Haul's insurance provider and are handling the claim to fix my truck. RepWest has been the definition of a crooked insurance company from the start. They claim to have no field insurance adjusters so they were unable to send anybody out. I was told they needed three estimates of what was needed to repair the damage and pictures of the truck to process the claim. I took a day off work to get the estimates. I submitted the estimates and truck pictures to them. It took them a couple of days and they got back with me. They took the cheapest estimate and modified it. Knocked almost $400 off of it. The repair facilities all want to replace the truck bumper as stated on the estimates, RepWest wants to repair it. How would Repwest know what needs to be done to repair the damage? They weren't there when the body shops where generating the estimate with the truck in front of them. Crooked. If they are such experts, why did I need to get the estimates in the first place? I spoke with the adjuster processing the claim and his supervisor with no luck. I was unable to leave a voice mail for the supervisor's supervisor because his voice doesn't work. I was told by the adjuster and his supervisor that if I was unhappy with the way they processed the claim I could file it under my own insurance. Why in the hell would I do that? Crooked bastards. If they could swing it, they wouldn't pay anything. I have yet to be offered a rental vehicle while my truck is in getting fixed. That will be my next round of emails with RepWest. I thought U-Haul was a respectable company with reliable insurance. I have found that not to be the case.

Uboxes are the worst thing I have ever used for a move! I needed double the number of boxes than your "estimate" and since I was bringing them back myself I lost count until the end of the day. This more than doubles what I had budgeted for. Then your computer system charged my account to ship all of them AFTER I had called and asked to arrange to ship half of them and was told someone would get back to me, which of course they didn't. My account was charge over $1200 and no on seemed to be able or willing to find it for two weeks! Costing me time, money and keeping me from being able to ship anything! It has now been three weeks and I've not heard from anyone other than the manager of the local Uhaul who doesn't seem to be getting any answers either. I'm having to spend $50 a week to do laundry because Uhaul can't get their act together. DO NOT USE UBOXES!

I was to pick up my truck at an Edmond location. I was informed 24 hours before that the truck would not be ready for me till 4HOURS after my reservation. I then spent an hour on the phone with Uhaul corporate before they found me this truck. The man even said he was seeing lots of over booking in the area! If you don't have what the person us needing at the time the need it INFORM them! This is the SECOND time I have had major set backs using Uhaul!

UHaul trailers do not have adapters to fit their ancient four prong wiring harness to the round seven wire connector found on modern vehicles, requiring the customer to purchase one from U-Haul at greatly inflated prices.
