The truck was fine (but old). The moving guys were a lifesaver! I don't remember their names, but they were awesome. They said they're the "Spanish ones".

lot is over-crowded and hard to drive a large truck through; personnel could stand to be more friendly; the lot guy was very nice but the office folks seemed a bit anti social.

GEOFF W. on 6/7/2014

Had not planned to do it but decided while en route to hire a crew for the unload, called the location and asked if they knew of anybody who might be available. He asked what time I needed them, said two guys would be there, what they charged and that they'd even return the truck to the location for me. They were right on time, extremely courteous, nice guys, worked relentlessly in the heat and unloaded the truck like it was their own belongings. I could not have been happier with the unloading experience. Best money I ever spent. Moving is exhausting enough, working with guys like this made the whole move thing ALMOST enjoyable! Big thumbs up.

Have the truck I reserved ready at the time I reserved it. Not a smaller truck an hour and a half later. Also give me the six hours I am supposed to get instead of 5 1/2. Will not rent from U-haul again.

The pick up location did not explain the contract fully which ended up in a late drop off fee

we customers always feel cheated when returning a truck and learning you put too much gas than you had to, a simple recommendation from the agent would be much appreciated. it would not hurt them to say the recommended gas replacement is 9miles per gallon, so if you only traveled 27 miles, you only have to put around 3-4 gallons. let's be honest and admit that the fuel gauges on those trucks are basically useless.
