agent wasn't there at express reservation time. I waited 30 minutes with no-one there and I had a reservation.
Hardly a good customer service experience. When the agent did show up he had a difficult time checking me in
as the computer he was using and location seemed like dial-up, it took forever. I spent at least another 20 minutes waiting for him to take my payment. I had movers waiting and it cost me more than the 59 cents per mile he charged me a ( a reduction from 79 cents)
which I thought was at least something.
