Being the only customer in the store, I walked up to and waited patiently for the Guy at the counter (who was typing on his computer terminal and having a snack). He was aware I was there... but completely ignored me! I stood, awkwardly for a minute or two, then began browsing, thinking he would greet me or at least acknowledge my presence before too long. NOPE. As he clicked away and had a couple bites of food, another employee came out from the back. I leaned on a stack of boxes just in front of her with my arms folded, cleared my throat a couple times as a hint that I needed assistance and STILL nothing. Of course it occurred to me to speak up but at this point, I was curious just how long it might take for either of these two to greet me or ask if they could help me. The girl got up, passed me on her way outside without so much as a glance. I followed her out and leaned into the window of my truck to let my wife know what was going on, then walked back inside. Still no acknowledgment from the one employee except for a slight glance. I began to mill around again for a couple minutes before the girl came back in, sat down at her terminal, propped her head on her hand without saying a word and began browsing at her terminal! I'm thinking... wow! FINALLY, the first guy asks me, with an annoyed tone, "Is there something I can help you with"? I responded by telling him I had a truck reserved and was further shocked when he snottily said "Why didn't you say something"? I was thoroughly pissed by that comment. I told him I was the customer and asked him why neither of them said anything to me, gave me a greeting or asked if they could assist me... to which I got nothing! Most horrible customer service I've EVER encountered. If I do decide to ever give U-Haul my business again, it sure won't be through the Murray, UT location! I work hard for my money and should be appreciated for my choice. It's the customer that keeps you two in a job remember!

We did the "express" registration online. Totally useless experience since there were not enough people staffing the counter so the wait was just as long as always. Seems there should be a better way to handle this or eliminate the farce of the "express."

Great customer service, great location and overall fantastic experience. Had the location had thicker mattress bags (for moving) I would have spent the extra $$. The appliance dolly was exactly what I needed.

Before coming to this location, I tried 3 other locations that turned me away because they were full. I understand things happen but the frustrating part was that the first 2 wouldn't even call around and find a location that would accept the drop, they told me just too drive over and see. No customer service at all!

The employee at this location was amazing! She was sweet and answered all of my tedious questions and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with leaving and knew what and where I was dropping off the vehicle and what to do in case of an emergency. I have used this location before and I would use them again.

My original online rental was for a pick up or a small van to pick up and drop off in Wendover. U-haul left a message that only moving vans were available and size would not be known till a day or two before pick up but they would let me know. I agreed to a larger van and moved the date up one day. Then I got the email that I had to pick it up in SLC, none wer available in Wendover. Got to SLC at 8 and store was closed til 9. Got to Wendover and they had 3 moving vans sitting in the lot. I paid a lot for a one way rental when I could have got one in Wendover Saturday. Talking to phone customer service people was always a bad experience.

The only complaint I have: When I picked up the truck, the fuel gauge was between 1/2 and 5/8s. I was instructed to return the truck with the fuel at the same level as check out. Well it was hard to read the gauge in the truck, and I ended up putting in $35.00 or 11.7 gallons of gas. Way more than I used. It would have been better to have the tank completely full at pickup. Then I could have filled the tank full when I returned it.
