I came in with a co-worker and the area was crammed and cluttered, location seems too small to house that many vehicles... One young man at the front desk gave poor service while he counted his register while we stood there waiting, he didn't say "i'll be right with you" or "sorry" once he completed the task then he perked up a bit but I work in customer service and it bothers me to not be acknowledged. The young man who inspected the vehicle before we left was very nice. Overall I was satisfied.

I recieved a vehicle which has incorrect milage. 6mile difference, not alot. So I figured it might cost under 1$. I returned it and mentioned the difference to no avail. It's not right that I should have to pay for miles somebody else used. The extra cost was about 4$. It was my fault that I didn't mention it before I left, I understand that, but it's uhaul fault that the milage was incorrect and I was charged for something I didn't use. Never going back due to lack of customer service.

When you advertise the 19.99 trucks and vans it seems like a good deal. When in actuality you end up spending as much as you would had you rented a large truck. My 19.99 truck ended up costing me 63.00. Waste of money on what appeared to be a good deal.

Customer service was good. My only problem was that they had to put two trailer on my vehicle before we could find a trailer that the lights would work on the trailer. They were great and did a good and effcient job with what they had to work with

After my experience with this location - I would only use it again if the geography and logistics of the move made it necessary. It seemed a little disorganized and seemed to be more of a hinderance to the personnel rather than being welcomed as a customer who is helping to pay their wages. I would not specifically recommend this location to any of my friends.

The cab of the truck smelled of tobacco smoke. The dolly and bag of blankets in the back of the truck we did not request and were in our way when trying to load the truck. More of an inconvenience then helpful

It would have been nice to discuss the mileage rates upfront with me so I knew that it was .79 cents a mile and their estimate of cost included an estimate of mileage. I'd have rather had the estimate with a statement saying plus mileage.

There was little communication between the TWO locations I had to work with. The individuals were unprofessional at both this location and the other (chatting with other employees, swearing, complaining about the other location, etc.) I would never go through either of these locations again as they only added significant stress to my move. I'm not looking forward to seeing how my belongings fare after being shipped cross country by Uhaul. Would not recommend to anyone!

I did have a problem when returning the truck. Since this was a one way. I was misinformed on how the drop offs work. The lady told me that it was better to choose the phone number so that I had more options to drop off the uhaul. I had a location that was closest to me picked out but she changed it. saying that if I don't make it by the time they close then I'll just be charged an additional day because that's the location I picked and I wouldn't be able to take it to any others. So I was worried about that, so I went with the phone number. On the day of return I called the location that was closest to me and they said they could accept the uhaul. It took me a few more hours to finish unloading it and when I was finished I called to let them know I was on my way and to ask where to park it. This is when I was told they could not accept it. So I called the 1800 number and was told to go to another location way out of my area. We then proceeded to call other locations that were closer to see if they had room to which they all said no. The 1800 number even told me to go to those locations after I told her they said they didn't have room. She said she was putting an order in and that they'd have to accept it. so going out of my way to this other location only to find out they are full like they said they were and the guy there was not nice at all and told me that the 1800 number isn't his boss and that he doesn't follow what they say and was of no help what so ever! at this point I was high frustrated and upset. I called the 1800 again had to sit on hold til I could find someone. Finally I was told to go to another location out of my way wasting more gas and time to the location listed on this survey. They took it no problem. I then find out that this is the main location and should have been the first stop I made! They were about to charge me for another day because it was late! well hmmm it wasn't my fault it was late all that running around and going to the wrong places is what made it late. Yes they did credit the extra day, but I feel like more should have been done to compensate me for my time and stress of trying to get this uhaul returned. I was exhausted from moving and really didn't need this add stress.

I originally was supposed to pick up the trailer I rented from a location in Draper. The information online said that I could return the trailer by 2 p.m.. When I went to the store and they informed me that I needed to return it by noon. Which was not feasible to finish a move in a single day. They also did not open until 10 a.m. That day. It would have been nice since the time was different to be able to return it on either Sunday or Monday since it was not my fault is that the online information was not correct. Because of this inconvenience I needed to go to a different location that was several miles away from where I originally went to.

Had to wait 30 minutes after reservation time to get helped. Over 45 minute to get out of the lot.l. Either there were problems somewhere, or not enough staff. Couldn't. Tell for sure.

Make sure to staff appropriately. The day I picked up and dropped off there was only one person on duty. While that was fine in the morning when I picked up it wasn't fine in the evening when I dropped off. There was one lady working and she had a long line and tried her best to juggle between all of us. She did very well with what she had to deal with but if she could have had just 1 additional person it would have been much less hectic and probably less stressful for her too.

REMOVE the unwanted bag of blankets and the dolly from the back of the truck!! Got in the way of my move. I did not expect them to be there and it ate up valuable real estate to put my stuff during the move. Terrible idea!!!
