I had a very poor experience with Uhaul. They switched my pickup location without notifying me, which led to me waiting around at a different location and wasted 2.5 hours of my moving day. I will not use Uhaul again.

Have truck and tow dolly at same pick up location. I made a reservation in advance, and expect that you should be prepared for me.

The gentleman that helped me was very courteous. His co-workers, not so much. One of them made a comment after the man helping me asked if I needed ropes or tie downs. He said "I have some rope in the back you can go and hang yourself with." I thought it was highly inappropriate and rude. I will go to the 3900 south location in the future because of that man.

We had originally reserved a 10 foot truck at another location. However, when we got to that location they said they did not have that truck and that the computer system was having problems. The reservation system needs to be improved.

Truck was old and had damaged body works. But it ran well and everything went well

The employee who was there was not pleasant friendly or knowledgeable at all. Was wearing a ute hoodie. If I wasn't moving that day I would have gone somewhere else. Location is great but not a pleasant experience

My customer service experience was just wonderful, the staff is friendly and informational. I had to make changes in my reservation to keep the vehicle longer than originally expected and even then I only had to make a phone call and everything was taken care of. Uhaul is the only way to go for this family.

I wouldn't recommend Uhaul to anyone. You changed my reservation to a different location in a different city. You changed the time from 8 AM to 12PM. You changed the size of the trailer from 12' to 8'. I did the quick check in on line and with all the problems it took 50 minutes to get out of there. I was paying $100.00/hr. to have people help load for four hours for nothing. The only good thing was the people at the 5305 location. UHAUL STINKS.

I got there right as they were closing and the man was more than helpful in staying to help me return the trailer. He returned it so quickly, I was in and out of there in minutes.

Need a little bit more parking space. 1) For 2-6 hour customer parking 2) Van parking was full

this is way too small of a location and its very cramped and hard to get in and out of there

I was told my vehicle would get 10 mpg, and it only got three. Turn signals on the truck didn't work so I had to have someone follow me to make sure there was no accidents. Break lights were also broken. Manager called from his cell phone and hassled my wife about not being able to have the truck for the full time, and when we came in the employee said that the manager John was wrong. Bad experience.

I made on online reservation. It included 1 dozen blankets. I arrived at the location and when we went to finalize the paperwork, I advised that I wanted an additional 1 dozen blankets, to make a total of 2 dozen. I believe the name of the employee was Devin. He advised me that he was experiencing computer issues, then asked a fellow employee to assist him. When they were complete, I was asked to give my drivers license and credit card a second time. Again 'finalizing' the transaction. When I was told everything was ready, trailer connected, I thanked them and left. I drove to my home, picked up some information left for me by my wife, then left to pick up furniture at 3 stops she had made for me. I arrived at the first stop, opened up the trailer, and found 0 blankets in there. By this time it 6:40pm. I called the number provided for uhaul, then was advised that the local office would call me. They did. And Devin was apologetic, taking responsibility for not getting the blankets in the trailer. I appreciated that. He advised that I would need to come back to their store or another uhaul location to pick up blankets. I replied by saying that that was not possible, as I had commitments already in place to pick up furniture, and the uhaul stores were closing in 20 minutes and I didn't have nearly enough time to make it to a store in time. I asked if someone could bring the blankets to me. Then I was transferred to another employee. Not sure of that employee's name however he really upset me. He told me that my contract had no blankets on it at all. I advised that I had reserved blankets online, it was only due to Devin's computer issue that changed my reservation, and frankly I didn't realize that it had until this point. This employee once again, as if he didn't hear a word I said, told me that my contract had 0 blankets on it and I was not being charged for them. I explained that that was immaterial, that I wanted not just one dozen blankets but two, and that I need them for furniture moving, and he once again advised that if I wanted them I would have to come to the store. I once again explained that there was not time for that, and that due to their error I shouldn't have to pay the price by not honoring my time commitments and that I didn't have time to make it to the store before closing anyway. He advised that no one would be at the store anyway after 7, almost validating my point, but declined to bring me the blankets saying 'yeah, that's not gonna happen'. First thing that came to my mind was that this employee does not know what quality customer service looks like. Instead he was looking at this situation with only the perspective of confined parameters he's been instructed to do. What would quality customer service look like? In my mind, simple. An employee brings me the blankets and then goes home for the night. Perhaps a bit out of his way, however he realizes that a happy customer will likely be impressed and retur

It was a very busy Saturday. The wait time was not bad. When returning the van I was not sure if the guy worked at uhaul, no name tag or shirt. Noticed that the gas was not marked correctly when picked up but I lucky took a pic so no issue but also told them about it and seemed like it was normal. Kinda good service with some iffy service mixed in.

the truck was not clean, but a huge storm had just come through. When we returned, the truck was inspected to see if all lights were working, break lights, etc. Since none of those things were done when we picked up the truck (although we assumed everything was working), we thought it odd to check upon our return. Overall, a good experience.

Clean all dog hair out of the inside cab. Have available the equipment requested on the internet, and was confirmed via email, because no one wants to pay more for gas in a truck that was bigger than the one request, nor do people want to buy tie-downs from an extremely rude salesperson who can not get it through his head that an "upgrade" is not in fact, an "upgrade" if you NEVER wanted said "upgrade" in the first place! Horribly rude staff memeber "helped" us so much that we almost missed the movers that were coming that we had already paid for. Fantastic experience. (Please note extreme sarcasm)

For in town trucks, TELL PEOPLE THAT SPACE IS TAKEN BY THE DOLLY AND PACKING BAGS. That's cheating people out of money
