Store manager has not returned my multiple messages. Truck was old and in poor condition. The truck struggled to start every time we tried, and the brakes were very squeaky.

When we returned the vehicle it was a couple minutes to 8:00pm (which was the time it was supposed to be back) and they had already locked the doors and we could see them in closing out the register. I had a question I needed to ask so I stood at the door and they saw me but did not want to come answer the door. There were some staff members even hiding so they didn't have to come answer the door but I could see them anyway, very unprofessional. Also, we ended up getting double charged for the rental, spoke with the assistant manager who agreed it was their error but he said he was new and didn't know how to refund the money but he would figure it out and take care of it, that was 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't been refunded and I have made several other calls and have never been able to get a hold of a manager to take care of this. It is going to take me physically going in and talking with someone which is a waste of my time and a pain. This has made it so that I am not sure if we would ever use Uhaul again.

I went to return the trailer on saturday. There was a line of at least 25 people served by a single cashier. SUFFICE THAT YOU NEED MORE EMPLOYEES ON YOUR HIGH VOLUME DAYS!

Very short staffed. had a pick up at 1 and one person at the counter with 5 people deep. then on drop off no one there to recieve adn the line inside was over 5 people deep and one person at counter. On a pick up your pressed for time and anxious to gert started it's a waste of my vaulable time to stand there. then on the return your dealing with tired grumpy poeple from working hard be nice not to have to wait. The 3 people who were there (that is all we saw) were very pleasent and nice kept their cool with lots of grumpy people.

This is the second time I've been to this U-Haul location. You need more people at the counter. Waited almost 15 minutes in line to rent a trailer! waited another 10 minutes when I returned trailer. Hire more people!!!

I reserved a truck at one location. Once I got there they told me a reservation didn't necessarily ensure a truck apparently. So I went to this location. There was a long line with only two cashiers handling all the customers. You need to staff better on a Saturday morning. Once I finally got my truck it was just left in front with no instructions or any type of look over for damage. I was told it had 1/4 tank of gas but only had 1/8 of a tank. Ended up having to put extra gas in truck because nobody was there to check the gas gauge. I will not be using this location again or probably u-haul again ever.

Edward Bennett was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The other workers were also prompt and helpful as well. The price was a little steep for an in-town move, but overall it wasn't too bad of an experience.

I was very unhappy with the entire reservation process. I made my reservation a week in advance. I requested a 10 foot truck to be picked up Saturday September 13 in Sandy Utah. Friday I received a call from your dealer in South Jordan telling me I could pick up a 14 foot truck at his location. The truck would not be available until 4:30, however. Neither the pick-up time nor the equipment was compatible with my need. Friday I had to make multiple phone calls to your service center to correct the situation. Ultimately I was able to get a Saturday morning reservation of a 10 foot truck, but at a location 10 miles away from my need. I followed-up with a call to the dealer in Salt Lake City to confirm my reservation. They assured me that all was in order. Upon my arrival Saturday morning, your dealer had reserved a 17 foot truck at a rate $40 higher than what I had reserved. The dealer insisted that the reservation was for the higher amount. Again I called customer service who corrected the reservation. Fortunately the dealer had the vehicle I needed. I have often used U-Haul. My experience has always been satisfactory. Perhaps I will use a competitor in the future.

Please ensure that customers know if the drop-off location is different from the pick-up location. The highlighting helps, but the print is so small on the contract, and I expected that on a one-way the drop-off would be the same location.

Your employees were rude from the desk service to call customer service. My reservation was switched up w out my knowledge, when I explained the mistake to the young lady w blue hair she gave me attitude and a crappy response. Your phone customer reps talked over me wouldn't allow me to talk and treated me like I was stupid. I'm a paying customer and ur employes could care less!! I brought the truck back where I was suppose to and the lady argued w me looking right at the gauge and acted like she did me a favor by removing the service fees which were not even applicable. Trust me when I tell you I posted on social media about your service from Yelp FB twitter and left you the same review I'm telling you now. I would never refer you to anyone including my worst enemy!! I would pay the extra money to go to your competitors cause I rather pay for good service than a cheap price with HORRIBLE UNACCEPTABLE customer service. I will never use your services again even if you paid me too!!!

There needs to be better communication between your call center and the actual location where a customer goes to pick up their rental. On Friday when I went to pick up my rental, which was scheduled on the phone, I was told that the 24 hour reservation that I had made was no longer a 24 hour reservation, but instead that I had to return the truck by noon the next day. Needless to say, that put a wrench in my moving plans, as I am a single mom moving myself and the contents of a 4 bedroom house with a yard and shed. There was no way I could complete the move in that shortened amount of time, and I ended up leaving several of my belongings at the home I was moving out of because they simply did not fit in my car. I was told by the employees and the manager at the physical Uhaul location that this kind of thing happens all the time and there is little to nothing they can do about it. This is simply unacceptable to me, and I am sure to many of your other customers. The double booking that your scheduling desk creates for your locations puts people in terrible situations, like what happened to me, where I end up not being able to complete a move on time because someone wasn't able to fulfill a promised reservation. I would encourage upper management to revamp the entire booking process, as it was explained to me by the store manager that there is nothing he can do for me, which quite frankly is infuriating. I am sure that no one is going to read this feedback, much less do anything to change the situation with the scheduling. Plus, I will not be compensated for my time or trouble, I am sure. If, by some small chance this does reach someone that matters, I would appreciate a phone call to discuss what happened in detail. It would be nice to know that a company as big as Uhaul really does care about their customers, as at this point I will not be using Uhaul ever again due to this experience.
