I would recommend to consider better extended mileage options especially for cargo van. Some car rental have cargo vans with unlimited millage and lower daily cost.

The agent was very prompt when I arrived and assisted me in guiding my vehicle into place for the hookup. He informed of the many things to be aware of when towing and when backing a trailer up. Good location and employees.

Thanks for making this a pleasurable trip guys. Everyone was great and the State College Facility on the Benner Pike was easy to access. Very professional and helpful. Keep up the good work. My only comment is that some cars have extremely narrow wheel widths. The auto transport's wide empty center made driving the car somewhat precarious to avoid getting too close to the center. Might want to see what could be done about that issue. This car was a 1974 Triumph Spitfire 1500. I love how well surge brakes work on these trailers - smooth as silk.

The only thing I did not like was that there is a jump in price per mileage from weekday to weekend. The people that I dealt with during check-in and out were both professional and helpful.

I bought the $15 insurance plan and I asked the attendant what I was protected against. He said that I was protected against most accidents unless I maliciously abused the equipment or took it through a drive-through or something that would damage the top of the vehicle. Upon leaving the town of State College, I was traveling on tight neighborhood roads with traffic. Upon making a stop to donate some goods I no longer needed, I made a right turn and clipped a curb with my back rear tire. When I got out to make said donation of goods I heard the tire leaking. I immediately called the State College Uhual and they told me to call and/or contact roadside via my the internet on my smartphone. This resulted in an hour and a half of being transferred around to different people until finally I was told that I was responsibke for the cost. What did I pay $15 extra dollars for? I specifically asked the man and he made no mention of tires. I read through the contract I had signed which also made no mention of such responsibility. As I continued to wait another two hours for the local gentleman to come change my tire I read the pamphlet that I initialed outlining the coverage I payed for. Under 'exclusions and ommissions' it proceeded to list everything under the sun that could possibly happen when driving a vehicle. What did I pay for? I was told that the reason I was to pay for the damage was because accidentally scraping a curb while with a huge truck while trying to make a right onto a narrow road with cars in the oncoming lane was considered neglagence, as if I had purposefully done the damage. After waiting around 3 hours I then had to pay over $350 to get the tire changed. $350. Since when does a tire cost $350? Since when does 20 mins of labor to change a tire plus the cost of the tire cost $350? This is an obvious scam. The only reason tires are not covered is because this sort of thing happens often with these large vehicles and Uhaul knows it. I'm just the poor guy who did it when it caused a puncture. Customers not being protected from this and the rediculous cost to fix it is clearly a ploy by your company to make as much money as possible off of your customers as opposed to providing an honest service. It already cost me about $150 just to take the truck 50 miles. I'd bet the farm that Uhual does not pay $350 for each tire they put on their trucks. Customers should be protected against accidental damages such as this and I should have been told when I asked the man at the desk that I wasn't. I'm not a rich person, in fact I'm poor, I just got out of college which now I owe bigtime on student loans and not all of us have help from mommy and daddy. The money I paid to rent the vehicle and replace the tire was my hard-earned minimum wage savings that I had saved while working full-time and going to school full-time. All I wanted to do was donate some goods so that other less fortunate people could enjoy the goods I no longer had need for and it co

Get agreements with states to enable you to go through tolls w/o stopping. Could pay tolls to U haul at end of trip.

The roof of the truck leaked, and our furniture and boxes were soaked and damaged when we arrived at our storage unit to unload. We filed a complaint with Uhaul, the insurance company has not returned any of my phone calls. I received a letter from the insurance company, and they said they need photos, which is the exact opposite of what Uhaul told us.

These guys did an excellent job and i was in and out in no time flat. We also had a good conversation about the car i was moving and the idiot you have at the other pick up center. No need for improvement here.
