ordered on line from nationwide office, to find in closed trailer to stand full mattress on side , was told 8" would do, wasn't close, need to train operators on sizes

I was unable to complete my move due to the fact that "UHAUL" gave me a truck that had roaches in it. I am very disappointed! I brought it to the manager and he stated," there was nothing we could do"! I thought UHAUL was a name I could trust, but I was wrong. That was my first and last time ever using Uhaul and negative, I will not recommend this company to any friend.

I always go to this location because they always have exactly what I need as far as vehicles available. I still wish I could rent a trailer, but as a Ford Explorer owner I am told that is not allowed. Rather than an all out restriction maybe a limited selection would be nice. When I do need a trailer I always rent from your competition even though I prefer U-Haul.

Both guys we dealt with picking up the trailer and dropping it off were great. They were very friendly, and had great personalities.. It's hard to find great customer service these days!!!

I've used this location for all of my rentals for years, I was surprise to hear Nick talk in an unprofessional matter about another customer and their rental expierence. But then when butted in to my conversation with Kelly who was great, it all became clear to me that he (Nick) is the smartest person he knows and that he is is probably over qualified for a customer rep position... Maybe he should be the manager of the truck wash bay??? Just a recommendation...

I had to drive from Ohio to Georgia in a truck that sounded like it was on it's last trip. From the moment we pulled the truck away from the parking lot, it sounded awful and as we drove it, the engine continued to sound worse. It had no pick up at all even though the RPM's were reading as though we should be able to merge from an entry ramp onto the highway and merge into moving traffic with no trouble. Unfortunately, this truck was not able to perform it's duties as I thought it should. While it got the job done (loudly, mind you), I was very disappointed in the quality of the truck's performance. I had stressed to everyone at U-Haul that I spoke with that I was concerned about receiving a good truck and I was assured that I would have a low mileage truck that would give me reasonable gas mileage for my journey and that I could put my fears to rest. Considering the costs incurred with the truck rental itself and the additional gas I'm certain we incurred due to the poor condition of the engine, I feel as though U-Haul has made me feel less confidant in choosing them in the future and that I would more than likely benefit from choosing a competitor in hopes that they would listen to my concerns and bend to my needs as the consumer.

Your national call representative supposedly reserved a cargo van for me, but there was no van. I had to cancel and take a pick-up truck which turned out to be satisfactory. Your national person also promised me a call back within an hour on finding a closer location for me to pick-up the van. That call never happened. Local office was very good, just not happy with person who took the original call who was not at the location.

Have someone to explain why I was being charged for something I never gave permission to. And also they could have told me the time I needed to return the equipment,so I wouldn't be charger a $40 late fee

yard guy shorted us a six pack of furniture pads that i paid for, really could have used them. checkout was too long because of a problem and paper jam with the printer. overall the rental equipment worked out fine,
