the hitch installed was not what i wanted and when asked if they had any other hitchs for my jeep their comment was thats the only one. the hitch was removed and the would not credit me back the labor cost.

I was happy with the service, quality and friendlyness of the entire staff. The only improvement I would recommend is to add a waiting area.
