I wouldn't change a thing. From the customer service on the phone...to the installation technician, to the pick up. I even received email and text message notification regarding appt time, and when vehicle was ready for pick up. My only regret is not seeing Uhaul sooner to have my hitch receiver installed. I have a Nissan Xterra, and the installation and wiring is top notch from Uhaul.

Sustain your current level of professionalism. Often great service gets sour with time. Keep it up and your customers will keep coming back. I will!! The manager and the sale3s associate were the best I've ever seen. Thank you guys!!!

Sometimes a bit of a delay being on hold when phoning in, but everything else was exceptional. Personnel were pleasant and professional. The work was finished when promised, and the install looks like it came from the factory.

The only issue I had was the lack of equipment onsite.
Apparently VW's are difficult to install hitches on, and the tech broke several bits attempting to install the hitch.
Ultimately he had to call it a day and complete the hitch installation at a later time after he could acquire the correct drill bits.
Overall I'm satisfied with the experience, as the personnel kept me apprised of the situation fully and honestly, and were extremely apologetic about having to schedule a follow up appointment to complete the install.
