My scheduled drop off location was Lil Mamas Buildings at 3971 Wrightsboro Rd Augusta, GA 30909. I went there and the location manager said I could not drop off at this location. I had to find another U-Haul Center that would receive my trailer. U-Haul needs to be more organized.
I dropped off the trailer at 3363 Wrightsboro Rd
Augusta, GA 30909. The staff was very helpful and prompt.

I would recommend that Uhual change their fuel policy. Every truck should have a full tank of gas when you pick up and drop off the truck. This would make it more effecient and easier.

I made the reservation at the w. tennessee company store and when I called to make sure the afternoon before I was told that the order had been changed to a dealer on s. monroe about 12-15 miles from my house abd had not been contacted before to let me know about the change. I started calling listed dealers and talked with the one I used which was only 2 miles from my house. I would not use U-haul at all if Penske had small trailers to rent.

The check out for picking upa vehicle is a llittle too long. Most of the time was spent trying to call and verify the coverage available on my insurance. Proof of insurance card should have been enough.

The mom's attic portion of the truck began leaking when it started to rain. There was an obvious repair job to the location, but it was inadequate. Several containers stored at the top were wet, including a cardboard box with computer monitor in it.

The rental customer service was great. The issue I have with Uhaul was the change of my pickup location so I could be charged the higher mileage rate. I pass three Uhaul locations that had trucks on hand that were less than a mile from my location as well as the location in which I need to use the truck. So instead of a 1 mile mileage rate to the shop I was charge 12.9 one way. If the truck cannot be picked up from the requested location, the customer should be notified eariler than the day before especially if you are going to have a 48 hr cancellation pollicy. for this reason I will not recommen anyone to make online appointment with Uhaul. Espesially if your days are flexiable. Simple go to the store nearest you on the date you need to pickup the truck.

For online reservations, have the vehicles ready arrival. I waited 30 minutes after my reserved time, which cut into the time I anticipated having to move my belongings.

Train the young woman of color in customer courtesy. She was rude and brooding and appeared to regret having to work there or to serve. The young man that initiated and completed the reservation was what I am used to from this post, both courteous and efficient.

I had an appointment to pick up a truck at 4:45 and I did not obtain the vechile until 5:15. That made me late for my pick up.
