when you book for a week online, it says "mileage included" not informing you that the mileage you specify is the mileage included. My trip was for 2500 miles and I went a few hundred miles over and was surprised by the charge. That could be considered fraud the way you present that.

U-Haul needs to provide better running trucks. Rented a 26' truck that constantly would not shift into gear well & the dashboard looked like it was going rattle off onto our laps. Old trucks that have over 173 thousand miles on them need to be retired!

I think paying for the gas and 99 cents a mile gets a little expensive. Probably wont rent a uhaul again unless i have no other choice.

our truck was not there when we arrived, and then i had to drive 20 miles out of my way to pick up a truck which means i spent more money in mileage and gas. I am not happy with this experience and I will never use one of the small hubs again. theowners friend had our truck and he never returned it the next day when we went by in the late afternoon still it was not there very disappointed.

The rail was broken off left side inside trailer so I could not tie a strap to it.there are only hoooks down low by floor so cargo is difficult to strap middle or top. Please get trailers that are taller inside.

WATCH YOUR FUEL LEVEL B4 U CHK OUT, They rush you thru the chk out process, put down MORE fuel being in the tank than there REALLY IS, then was VERY Rude when I TRIED to speak with the Manager the next day!!
