I was given an incorrect time of the store's schedule for returning the equipment. I originally understood that the trailer rental was for six hours, however, upon receiving the contract, it stated that I was picking up at 4:52 PM and due back at 10:00 PM, just over five hours.
I confirmed with the agent who hooked up th trailer that no one would be there at 10:00 PM and asked what time they opened in the morning so I could return it first thing. The answer given was 7:00 AM.
I arrived at about 7:05 AM but the store was closed and the sign on the door said the opening hour was 9:00 AM.
After reading other signs posted which described a $30 fee for returning equipment after hours without a copy of the contract being left, I call and spoke to a rep., because I had only ever been given 1 copy og the contract.
I called back later after 9:00 AM to confirm they had logged the trailer in. They had not, but I was able to get a copy of a final receipt sent to me.

I have rented two trucks there and the first one had tranny and head lamp issues and this time the breaks on the rear of the truck were seizing up.

I am not talking about this location, but the Akron center scheduling. her name is christine. She was so mean, unprofessional and threatening. She bullied me and increased the price at the last minute when I tried to pick up the trailer. I will make further complains.

I had an 8am appointment for a trailer lighting installation and a 9am appointment to then pick up a trailer. Only one person was working at this'd action on this very bust Saturday morning. My installation therefore wasn't complete until around 11 am. Employees did however end up letting me use the motorcycle trailer for free. However, my time is worth far more than the rental rate of the trailer. It was an incredibly frustrating experience. I will never use that particular location again, if any Uhaul facility.

Don't tell your customers their credit will not hold funds if the customer was paying with cash. Box's are over priced.

I always use THIS location for my tow dolly needs.They are very helpfull and the best part is I can drop it off AFTER hours when I am done with it.NEVER had any problems here.GREAT PEOPLE to work with.A+++++ (again)

when i got to the store the worker was very rude and this is not the first time everytime i have rented from this location the men workers are very rude when he brought the truck up it was the wrong one and got a attitude because i told him that was the wrong size truck but he did apologize to me after i told him i was sick of all the mistakes from every time i rent a truck from u haul dealers tehy really need to have better attitudes when it comes to makeing money from the public i will be contacting the haul company because the women messed up my order and she didnt do her job right either i was very disappointed in the whole thing of renting a truck that cost $65.00 for 5 hours but i will say that when i came back to return the truck the other gentelmen that was there and cashed me out was the sweetest man he was smileing and had a great attitude he should be in charge of the store with his attitude you will have more happy customers feel free to contact me via e mail or at my phone 330-329-6085 thank you and have a great day
