Remove the bag of blankets and hand truck. Having these in the cargo area hinders the loading and reduces available capacity paid for by the customer.

Overall my experience went well. However, I did not like that one of the female employees was eating while assisting me. That was a bit unprofessional. Also I Was charged for an extra mile even though I clearly showed them in the beginning what the mileage was And I was told it would be taken care of and it wasn't.They are receiving an above avg only bc of Jarell. He was pretty nice.

I have used this location a few times, each time the customer service is poor. The person that helped me today, it was early, was not friendly at all. Just looked at the trailer, asked "do you want a broom or want a $25 cleaning fee?" The only dirt in the trailer was at the end caused by the leaking door, which by the way damaged my boxes and furniture after driving in heavy rain. I will not use them again.

The general manager lacks customer services skills. He then explained all the charges correctly and had a very bad attitude to servicing people. He needs attitude adjustment.

The people don't talk. Each person who works at this location don't greet customers when you walk through the door. You have to pull words out of their mouths. They act like they can't talk

There was only one person working around 5pm on a Saturday. I waited 20 minutes or more to be served. The clerk was cordial and probably moved as fast as she could, but my experience would have been better if there were additional personnel.

Long lines. Not enough people working. The two people that were working were wonderful and probable overworked...I paid for a set of 6, I got 1 blanket instead.. The employee got it from the back of the. Store and put it in the truck. I never saw it until I got home..

The truck we had shook very hard after 40 miles, I recommend every 2 weeks a worker take larger truck and drive a good 15 mins going 40 miles, it felt like tire was about to jump off!

My reservation was with another dealer at 615 oglethorpe. Got there early and they were trying to jump start the truck. After waiting 30 min...I asked how much longer. They just kept saying to wait. After 45 minutes I got fed up and told them to get me a new truck. Drove down to 820 oglethorpe and they didn't have a 26 ft. Ended up with a 20 ft truck. Then they helped 2 other new customers before closing me out. I finally got a truck 1 1/2 hours later. All of this caused me to be late meeting my moving help and cost me 70 bucks. Extremely poor service at both locations.

Upon return my bill came up to 3 days rental when I had it less than 48 hours. When I told the young man I wasn't paying for 3 days when I had it less than 2 he told me the handheld device wouldn't let him change it. He went inside and came back with a receipt for 2 days. He was courteous, but initially made me feel like I needed to pay it regardless. He told me he understood my concern, but wasn't confident he could fix it. Again he did fix it, but I don't understand how the initial receipt was wrong.
