This location is great for us with our Disneyland youth band / choir trips. We had one nice truck and one rather old truck that I wasn't real sure I wanted to sit on the seat in white shorts. It might need some updating. Overall we were well taken care of and will continue to use this location.

Have additional staff available. One worker did not seem to be enough. Although I had booked my rental online, the employee seemed to have trouble finalizing our rental as I am from Canada and he could not find out how to apply my credit card info. As well, the vehicle we were renting was behind another truck and it took abit of time to get going. All in all, the employee was very courteous and helpful, he just seemed stressed by the computer. The return portion of our experience went very well. I look forward to renting another vehicle for our next trip to Anaheim.
Both employees deserve a very big thank for their assistance in our rental. Kudos!!!

The only suggestion I have is when I asked for a truck with a lift gate the young lady that took my reservation assured me the truck I was getting had one when in fact NONE of your trucks have them. It worked out OK but your people really need to know the equipment better. Thank you.

Truck's driver side mirror would repeatedly swivel in while driving. Had to roll down window and push it back by hand. Minor inconvenience. Other than that, great experience. Thanks!

separate your trucks into smoking and/or non-smoking. I rented a truck that smell like an ash tray and moved in heat and humidity. I've always used U-Haul and will again but I'm definitely going to ask for a truck that doesn't stink.

If you call a customer, asking the customer"where are the extra furniture pads you ordered?" When clearly on my copy of the receipt, there are no pads at all. And the pads on the truck were not even opened or touched at that. If a worker is not coherent enough to remember what unit came in with what equipment then that employee should find another job. Get your stuff together uhaul.

I just want to say thank you to the store manager Travis. The rental truck broke down, I called into the store for assistance and Travis took responsiblity for the situation. He came over to pick me up and get me into another rental. The entire time asking what else he can do to ensure my satisfaction. Outstanding service Travis, thank you

Travis the manager was great. The truck however was in poor repair. The breaks were about to go out (even with an empty truck we could barely get it to stop), we had an electrical short mid-evening which left us moving in the dark, one of the side mirrors wouldn't stay steady so we couldn't see 1/2 the time and one headlight pointed at the wall instead of the road. The new staff member shorted me on 1/2 the blankets I purchased (which we bought because we NEEDED them), we were charged for a dolly we didn't use, and my debit card wasn't given back to me. Travis is truly the saving grace of that store. I called him the next day and he gave me a discount to make up for everything... we still haven't found my card though....
