Too a long time to get truck, lady was very nice. Seems like bosses wouldn't allow her enough opening time to close out trucks dropped after hours the night before... Now accessories sold? Inconvienant.

There was no inter store contact. I needed the dolly for more than 1 day. Also a hook broke under medium breaking force allowing my S10 Blazer to ride up on the tongue of the dolly. I had to use Riggs Towing take the Blazer off the dolly without damaging both. I hired Riggs Towing to haul my Blazer to Wasilla.

The truck was nearly out of oil and pulled to the left when driving.
The staff was very helpful at wishy washy.

don't try and push customers to rush the truck back, it is a 24 hr rental.

Maintain the vehicles better, improve customer service, clean the vehicles before Renting them. Be timely. It should not take more than an hour to check in a leave if there is nobody else there.

April gave me great customer service, and Monica followed up also with great service. The location is a dinky Laundromat, but who cares. They were very professional and courteous.

Lobby itself was inside a laundry mat and was not very clean. Was not given the correct information over the phone vs when I arrived to pick up my rental. Upon refueling for the return, the tank register had a delay in it not allowing the gas gauge to move until I had over filled the amount I had used. This way I suppose your always certain the customer puts more gas in than was used. The inside bed was not swept prior to me using it, there for I did not sweep it out after returning it. I've rented from Uhaul before and never at a location quite like this one. I will continue to rent in the future but I will choose a different location.

Very nice lady behind the counter. Great help and very friendly. I was in and out, no problems. I was even upgraded (w/o charge) when the truck that I reserved was not available. I would utilize this location again.
