The clerks that were working during the morning shift when we picked up the vehicle were nice, but stated that they did not like doing U-Haul. They even asked each other "Do you want to do it...I'll do it if I have to." They did not go outside to complete the vehicle inspection, which we thought was the norm. However, the gentleman that checked us in was extremely thorough, very professional and took great pride making sure we were happy and that our experience was a positive one. I think that more thorough training with the morning shift would have made all the difference.

Very Friendly and very clean place. Only complaint is i wish that Uhual would only charge you for the mileage that you have actually drove instead of a flat rate. Other than that, very helpful company. I will seek Uhaul in my future moves.

The truck i rented had a hole in the top and was leaking on my stuff. The place i rented it from said that they had told me about it in my paper work but never did very disappointing.
