When we arrived the truck we reserved was huge and we wanted to change our rental to a smaller truck. Tom told us that all the other trucks were already reserved and that he couldn't accomidate us. There were at least 4 other trucks at his location that day I was there. The thing is that we returned the truck that we did rent and because it snowed all day could plainly see that none of the other trucks left the lot that day. He basically lied to us. We did ask him if anyone does cancel to call us. He did not. So I felt that this was poor customer service by your dealer.
