This location should not be a Uhaul location. It is in a dangerous neighborhood with poor conditions. I felt very unsafe and would never recommend it to a friend.

I got a quote of $44. and some change and when i got my bill it was $114.14
I returned the vehicle with more gas than it left with and came in under the mileage. How does it come out more than $60 over what I was quoted?
It's not the first time that this has happened.
I'll not recommend this location or U-Haul at all to a friend. I'm sure they will get a fairer deal from Ryder, Penske, or some other rental company. It is most certainly the last time I use U-Haul.

They were closed when I arrived, but allowed me to still return and went over the truck check with me, and even pointed me to the closest gas station because I forgot to refill to 3/4 before I dropped off, and they waited until I refilled and returned.

We were easily able to reserve a truck online within less than 24 hours of receiving it. The location was less than a mile from both our old and new house, so very convenient. The gentleman running it was very friendly and helpful. The only improvement would be that we didn't realize the parking lot would be chained off when we returned the truck after hours, so it took us a few minutes to figure out how to unchain it. Very small inconvenience. Good transaction/experience overall.

the dolly was not there at the promised time ,45 minutes late and then 1 hour to get the paper work done
close this operation down and move it elswere
