Far too expensive. I rented a 26' Ryder truck, drove 1,000 miles, paid for diesel fuel cheaper than some pads and a couple of dollys. The person that rented me the stuff was a smug @&$@&. Never again will I consider U-haul.

Both locations were nice and the truck was nice. The help order through UHaul on both ends was terrible. Broken furniture and very rude people. UHaul should do a better job screening the helpers they recommend.

I pulled up right at 5:00 (a little after) on a Sunday and the man working was very accommodating. I hate doing the 24 hour drop off because there are so many things that could go wrong and I wasn't sure how to unhitch the trailer. Staying a little bit after closing time to help me and run my paper work was very thoughtful and helpful after a full days move! Much appreciated!

The lady charged me 19.99 over the phone to rent a 14 foot truck plus mileage. The next day I get my bill ive been charged 29.99 plus mileage. I call customer service and they say they're going to open an investigation and they'll get back to me in 3 business days. Mean while Im stuck being over charged. NEVER going here again, quote one thing and charge another, very poor business practice.

The hand trucks were pretty rough. They worked, but not well-presented. The 26' truck was OLD. In fact, it almost didn't crank when I loaded it up to go to our new house. It took about one minute before it fired. The transmission almost fell out of it twice while decelerating. I didn't have a lot of confidence in this truck when I saw it, and it ran pretty horribly.

There are only two complaints we had with our experience. The first is our contract gave a pickup time of 8:30 am, we were there at 8:30 am, and the location didn't open until 9:00 am, taking 30 minutes away from our schedule. The second is that the online information said unlimited miles and when we were at the location we were told that the mileage was limited to 127. The representative was able to give us an additional 100 miles because we had taken the insurance. I felt it was misrepresented online.

The truck broke down and all I was offered was $35.00 dollars and had to let my movers go because we couldn't get back to reload! Miserable experience! I gave Uhaul a chance and I regret that decision!!!!!!
