Nothing as far as we can tell...My family has used this location multiple times for several moves and the staff has always been efficient and friendly and the trucks are always ready and we are in and out pretty fast. Staff is on top of their game!

On the website it said the truck I wanted was available in Federal Way but when I showed up there it was not. The website can be confusing when it shows a "preferred" store that does not have the equipment you need. I wouldn't have preferred the store if I knew it did not have the truck I wanted. other than that A+

MAKE SURE THE EMPLOYEE FOLLOWS INSTRUCTIONS FROM CUSTOMER WHEN ACCEPTING PAYMENT. i ASK TO PAY CASH AND HE CHARGED MY CARD ANYWAY, CAUSED ME TO HAVE TO DRIVE 20 MILES TO MY BANK. HE WAS SPECIFICALLY TOLD I WOULD BE PAYING IN CASH UPON RETURN. THEN COULDN'T CREDIT BACK TO MY CARD, DIDN'T KNOW HOW.

The location was fine. BUTtwo days before we were supposed to get our truck they called us and told us that they didn't have the one we reserved and she really did not have a great option for us I finally worked it out and they were going to charge us extra I had to call and still get it fixed again I keep getting told our bad but overall not a great time when you're trying to move

The sales representatives were totally clueless on what a car dolly was and looked at me like I was crazy. Took over 30 mins to get a ball put on to my hitch. The guy tried to tell me I needed a whole tow package to hook up my lights. I had to show him different. I paid extra for a night drop. I get a call at 1145 am saying the car dolly wasn't returned. I asked to speak with the lady who left the voice mail, the lady on the phone said I don't know where she is. I told them to walk 6 feet to the door and you would see the car dolly right where I was told to put it! The lady on the phone said oh well its not showing in are system. I'll call when we find it. That sends a person into panic mode. I asked when will I get a call? She said I don't know. 10 mins later I get a call saying we found it. I told the lady this was very unprofessional and caused a panic for nothing. She said well it dose happen. These people need more training! People don't want to spend hours waiting on untrained staff. It shouldn't take 4 staff members to hook up lights to a car dolly. I walk over and it took 20 seconds max! Train people. Service should be quick when your the only person on the lot!!

During check-in, serve the people that have already checked in on-line "to save time". Didn't seem to have any advantage by checking in prior to arrival.

The worse experience ever! I made an online reservation, in the email confirmation that I received didn't came with the address, I went to the wrong one, anyway the person in the U haul were I was offer me to make a call to tell the other store to wait for me because it was almost 7pm, I left that store 4 minutes before 7pm and took me 10 to get to the other store, I call halfway and the guy told "sure no problem" I arrived to the store at 7:05, I speak with the guy who wash and clean the trucks that was outside and with a sarcastic lough he answered me, "we can do nothing is close" , I saw a guy inside the office so I knocked the door and he event took a second to look at me and at least do sign, he totally ignore me, I proceed to call again to the same number but the phone was already re-directed to the call center, the person who answered me the phone told me that she can't do nothing about it but she was going to send a message couse she saw them online, she did it and told me that the person at the office said than they are not going to open the door. To finish this let me clear that I was not planning to get there late, I drove like 30 miles from my work to that store, and here in Seattle area is Seafar weekend, traffic was really bad than normal, but where I go with this is how can be posible to lie to a client than probably have to come back the next day because I need your services, but you know what I won't for the two moves I have to do I'm gonna use some place else.

The rental and equipment were fine and what one would expect from UHaul. I had a local rental of furniture dollies. I was clearly back before posted store hours for closing time and the attendant would not take my rental equipment back. I couldn't bring them the next day, so I got charged for an additional day. The attendant that was there when I turned them in didn't provide an explanation or give any acknowledgement to my claim. I will never visit that location again and UHaul may not even get my business, all based on poor customer service.

I had absolutely no problems at the Auburn location. Personnel carefully and accurately evaluated my 4runner/ ball load capacity before hooking me up. I had initially tried to rent a 5x9 Ramp trailer from Renton Highlands 3131 NE 4th St Renton, WA 98056 that turned out to be a disaster. The uhaul clerk tried to connect me to a double wheel 2600 lb trailer (empty) to my vehicle that had a 2000# max loading on the connecting joint and argued with me when I told him that this was not what was ordered and that it was too big for my vehicle. After some significant argument, I was successful in getting him to cancel the order. His excuse was that this was the only ramp trailer he had and that I should take it. Clearly this individual needs some additional training in hooking up trailers.
