Corporate store opened 15 minutes late on Saturday morning, Trailer was scratched up very bad. Not a good experience have to do another move in a few weeks will try another company. Trailer had a price of 19.95 painted on the back on door in green. Representatives said that is no longer effective, If thats the case repaint it cause its definitely false advertisement.

I done the online check in. That was suppose to make it quicker when I picked up the equipment. I arrived a couple of minutes after 7 to pick up the trailer. There was one other customer there. It took 30 minutes to pick up the trailer. The employees were friendly but it just took way to long. I wasn't able to get on the road till after 7:30 and I had everything ready when I walked in the door.

Having to carry/move/deliver/ transport ANYTHING by one self, is NOT easy, but the suggestions and courteous customer service at this location makes events like these a lot easier to accomplish, even when handling it SOLO. There should More staff members like the crew at this Location, at ALL locations!

I was supposed to get a 14 ft truck but it was not there. There were a few broken down ones there. They set me up with a 26 ft with the same price as a 14 ft to haul only one bedroom.. it drank gas.

When I reserved my Uhaul truck, I also bought boxes and a roll of tape. The day of my move I was informed the truck I reserved was not available and I was upgraded to the next size truck at no extra charge. I was pleased with this. However, I needed to pick it up at a different location, which happened to be right down the street. I did not mind this at all. When I arrived at the 2nd location to pick up my truck the staff did not have my boxes or tape on the reservation. When I informed them, that I bought the boxes and tape when I reserved my truck at the original store, the staff told me I would have to go to the original location to pick up those items. The reason being was because this is where I bought them from and it was already taken off their inventory. I thought this was ridiculous. Indeed it was a short drive down the street to pick up these items, however I’m standing at the register and there are rolls of tape right beside me and then 100s of boxes 2 feet behind me. And you’re telling me I have to drive to another location to pick up these items, because you’re worried about inventory. This was a big inconvenience for me, as a customer. So I decided to buy the boxes there and get a refund for the other boxes and tape at the original store. My move went fine, no issues with the truck or when I returned it. The next day, I called the original store and tried to get a refund for the boxes and roll of tape. I was given an excuse that they could not perform the refund at that time and they would return my call in 30 mins. I did not receive a return call, next day same thing. I then waited a couple more days, and again same thing. Eventually a week went by and one of the employees did try to contact me on 2 separate days, however I was out of town and did not see his messages till after the store had closed. I then contacted the store again and this time was able to talk to the employee and he informed me that I would get my refund and that I should see a conformation email. Another week went by and no email. I then checked my credit card statement and saw the original charge for the boxes and tape, but no credit for the refund. It has been 3 weeks since I originally tried to get a refund for these items. I called the original store, however was sent a call center due to all customer service representatives being busy. So, in order to resolve this, I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card company and have been refunded the $18.74 for the boxes and tape through them. And it took a matter of seconds. To improve your company for the next customer I suggest you improve your customer service. As a customer why do I care about your inventory? I care about how easy you make my move for me. The 2nd location could have handled the inventory issue behind the scenes, without my knowledge. They could have seen my original reservation, saw the boxes and tape, and allowed me grab those items from them. Then an employ

I would caution to always do a walk around. There was a dent and scratch that went all the way down the side of the van and she asked if we had an accident. When we told the agent no she said are you sure and pointed out the old damage. We reassured her that it was not from our trip and tried to point out little X stickers that were on the damage area. She said she did not know about the use of stickers and seemed not to believe us, however she did not charge us.

The car hauler had a slow leak in a tire and trying to find air is difficult especially with a 20' truck pulling a car hauler. Not cool.

The kind man who installed the hitch was a huge help and gave me some tips on loading the trailer properly and turning off the overdrive. The gentleman in the shop was courteous and efficient. My suggestion for improvement is to address telephone courtesy of the female who answers the local phone. I called to confirm my appointment and then called back a few minutes later to verify that my expedited order of a hitch had arrived. She responded in an irritated and negative tone- what's the problem? they wouldn't have notified you if it was not in. All she needed to say was- yes, the hitch has arrived.

Maybe it's late or it's hot or long day even busy but, the seemed like all the interest in seeing people was gone. I'd even say that they know their responsibility so well that they have no enthusiasms anymore sound like robots. Have employees show enthusiasm through out day.
