I loved the express check in--and love how they email me right away the confirmation that they checked in the truck I brough back and how much my refund will be!!!
I also I got a truck just hours after I made contact with uhaul!!

The service when I arrived to rent the trailer was exceptional. I am accustomed to rentals requiring up to an hour to perform at another location. For this rental, it was exactly 10 minutes from when I entered the parking lot to when I left the lot with the trailer. Truly exceptional customer service. I really appreciate it.

Truck drove horrible, needs realignment. Good for local but not highways. Have driven other 24 footers, but this beast was ancient and on its last leg. Employees were friendly and pleasant.

I placed the above order online. The rate per mile quoted was $0.79 per mile. I asked my son-in-law to pick up the van as I was busy. I called the U-Haul and made sure that my son-in-law could pick up the van. When we returned the van, we were charged $0.89 per mile. I was there and told the lady at the counter that the charge should be $0.79 per mile and not $0.89 per mile. She refused to budge.
This place doesn't seem to care what U-Haul's advertised rate is on the order. They are making extra money by charging a higher charge per mile.

When someone says they need storage at the arriving location, make sure the arriving location HAS storage! A terrible experience overall, overpriced tiny trailer and all.

The staff was very friendly and expedient as possible. The only thing I would suggest is to add more individuals to the staff. The wait to return equipment was long, only because there aren't enough workers, at least for "move season" you should add more people to that location. It was well maintained and the processes efficient, it just suffered because of the lack of employees.

the cargo van I rented was dirty with mulch and dried mud on the rubber mat. I had to spend 15 minutes sweeping it out. I contacted the UHaul location and told them about the problem. I asked for a different type of UHaul vehicle (10-footer vs. cargo van) and they said they were all rented already for the weekend. I was quoted .79/mile and charged .89/mile. There was no notification of an increase of the Cargo Van rental. A note was made in my file of the dirty van I received (for a future rental). What will that do? Just wondering. If I recommend this place, it will be with a warning of "buyer beware."
