well Austin, TX doesn't have a lot of uhaul locations. I chose that location because it was near my friend's place so that he could meet me there to help with my move.

The check out process was very slow and took almost 45 min just to pick up the trailer. On top of that even though I paid for 24 hours I was required to return the trailer by 4pm on the same day when it picked it up at 11am. I would at least expect a discounted rate if I am not going to be able to use the equipment for the amount of time I paid for.

This was a drop off location and the staff was very helpful in clearing up the confusion with me being double charged. Ms.Judy explained how it should have been done and gave me credit for the day I did not need. Being that I was pulled over by the State Trooper for the license place not being visible, they immediately took care of it upon my arrival. The responsilbility, responsiveness, and knowledge was reassuring.
