The prices quoted to me from service center staff vs.the email price was incorrect by a $200 difference. The information they sent in email about truck size was wrong too. The staff at the location was very rude!

At pick up, the attendant was very unfriendly with a bad attitude and acted as if he was doing me a favor. This leads me to believe that UHaul has low standards for customer service. I will not return to this location again, and I will consider other companies before using UHaul again.

Reservation fell thru. Prior customer did not return the one I needed in time. Due to time restraint , I made a smaller one available due.

I got to the location on N Lamar about 6:00pm and the building had no air conditioning and the line was long. There was one man working the entire complex. I told the man that I had a 5:30 appointment but was a little late. He replied "You should have got here then, I had more help". I had to go out find the trailer reserved and hook it up by myself. I then had pull the truck around when the gentleman then asked me if I had the trailer number. I had to go back out get the number and yell it back to him from the door. When I finished he asked if I got the ball on and if my lights work. Not once did anyone look at my tuck and trailer. I do not necessarily feel it was the customer service representative's fault but was a staffing issue. U-Haul I guess should also mean U- find a trailer, hook it up, check that everything is safely connected and working appropriately.

The General Manager was not friendly at all. He indicated I had 200 miles when in fact I was allotted 260. Spent 30 minutes on phone clarifying. Wasted time. Before pickup I indicated a specific drop. Got text saying a different drop AFTER i already dropped the U Haul. Had a flat tire on the way (trailer being pulled) and looked for a jack in truck. No jack anywhere. Spent 30 minutes on hold for roadside assistance to get disconnected.

I had to argue for sometime to have the manager honor uhaul's regional staff rebate decision

Don't send a daily marketing email - it's annoying.

The clerk was very friendly and had good manners. The place itself was under construction and the AC didn't work. But I did receive good service. I have used uhaul quite a few times.

The attendant maybe said 2 words to me. The inside of the store was dirty.

The office area was being remodeled during my visit and in disarray, but I'm sure it will be great when it is completed. The staff were awesome to work with...

I could not have been more satisfied with the whole transaction. You guys are awesome. Thank you for making something that is stressful a little less so. God Bless, Clint

The parking lot was extremely hard to navigate. It is a tight space and has too many other vehicles in the way. There doesn't seem to be a very clear indication of where customers should park. The only think clearly marked was where to pull up in the rental. The guy simply got the keys and said that's it we'll send you a receipt. Just not a very customer service oriented location. At least from the return standpoint. I had no interaction with any one inside the store. Just the outside is so chaotic.

We reserved a U box and a truck to pull said box and, upon arrival, we were treated terribly and they had no trucks available. Awful awful awful.

The truck was clean, but the air conditioning was only working sporadically. It also was running rough, and the "check engine" light was on all the time.

The line was long and the office is obviously under construction but waiting was uncomfortable. The wait was pretty long but they were very busy so it was understandable.

Although the lobby is under heavy renovations forcing the employees to sit out in the heat all day, the two men working were extremely pleasant! Funny, uplifting attitudes, and very knowledgeable!! Thank you and good luck with the renovations!! I know you'll be very happy for some A/C. -Amanda-

Stop lying on your confirmations: Despite the fact that I was "guaranteed" a 9-foot van a 9:00 a.m., there wasn't one available at that time. Had to drive a vehicle that was twice as large as what was needed, and far less fuel-efficient, thereby increasing the cost. Also, stop playing shell games with the pick-up and drop-off locations; both were changed to less convenient, less safe locations after my reservation was made.

Trailers need to have ability to connect and use electronically controlled brakes at least for the two axle ones. The auto brakes do not work very well at all. Its a joke. The tires need to be updated to be able to go at least 70mph. Almost all the highways now can do at least that and more and more can do 85. Its dangerous to be limited to 55. Get out of the 80's limitations and come to the 21st century with your stuff!

The location itself isn't that great. Driveways are bad and difficult to enter and leave. But, they were able to get me the truck I needed with very late notice. It had AC and performed great. Couldn't be happier, except for the driveway issues.
