All I can say is the person who helped me over the phone to set up my reservation was very knowledgeable and got me the best price. I didn't have to wait long when I went to pick up my rental. The costs were all explained to me, so there was no confusion.

Your mileage rates are very expensive. For three days we were billed $384.00 thats including tax insurance$68.75 gas and also environmental fee's Very Expensive!

Poor customer experience. The staff was not very helpful. A lot of time spent and needed to take care of the rental, the billing was a mess, and it took several employees to take care of for me. Too much time spent and needed to rent from this location.

I was very happy that the lady who delivered the trailer to me used a blow-tool to remove any loose debris; the floor was perfectly clean! I was able to move the expensive audio equipment without getting it scuffed or dirty as a result. Thank-you! John

I am requesting that I be reimbursed $7 for the utililty dolly. When I picked up the truck, the attendant placed the applicance dolly that I requested. When I opened up the back of the truck at my destination, I discovered the utility dolly was just lying in the truck and not bound on the wall as my other experiences. When I was contacted by U-Haul the next morning, I told the caller about this and she assured me i would not be charged, but I was. I tried to call the location several times over the course of the day and always was sent to the call center. The call center send two messages to the manager asking him to call. I also sent a text to him directly as he had given me his number to text him a photo earlier that morning. It is now 3:30 pm and I have still not heard from him. I am highly frustrated and disappointed with my experience at this location. In April, I rented from the White Ln location and had a very pleasant experience. I will never rent from the So. Chester location again. $7 is not a large amount but it is to me and I am asking that this be refunded to me. Thank you.

Why do I have to pay for a full day and only have the truck from 9:30am -1:30 pm...that is ridiculous I'll never use this location ever again

Some of the customers servers were extremely standoffish. Not a welcome feeling when picking up OR dropping off. I felt like I was asking for a favor. Humberto needs a class on how to speak to customers and be more understanding that when customers are returning vehicles that we are very tired from a major move, hence the reason to rent a truck and with only 6 hours to move your life from one home to another. He doesn't know people's circumstances and he should be a little more caring and compassionate. He's basically one of the last interactions with your company and he can make or break the experience with U - haul.

It took almost an hour to pick up a trailer that I had reserved and checked in for. I know they are busy, but they only had 1 person checking people in. At a location that size it seemed like there should have been more people working. The workers were very friendly, there just weren't enough.

You need to make sure the gasoline gauge reads what is claimed on the paperwork. Twice in 2 wks it was not correct.

Upon making a reservation, the phone representative stated she wasn't from my city and didnt know the location closest to my address. She directed me towards a location twice as far as the one I found out about at pick up. I waited in line for 40 minutes before representative helped a line cutter before the four people who were waiting, includino myself. When I informed her of this, I asked her if I could not wait in line after inspecting my uhaul to which she answerred yes. I then waited another 25 minutes to give her the paperwork despite having a reservation. No apology was given. I was also not verbally informed to refill gas tank and was charged an additional fifty dollars for the 3 gallons I used. I will not be using Uhaul in the future for reason.

Waited 10 minutes in the truck on return no one came out to greet me. Went inside and of course the only person was dealing with irate customers. So I waited another 10 minutes and then counter lady went out to look at miles. After some issue with reading millage, the manager came and got correct millage. After some back and forth discussion about who was on break and the manager every 5 minutes saying he was going to lunch in 15 minutes I left 10 minutes later. So after 20-30 minute drop off time I just left scratching my head thinking customer service was pretty much non-existent at this site.

The rep wasn't sure if you guys rented dollies and checked with a manager. He was told it was just like a car. He proceeded to rent the two dollies to me but the process took more than 20 minutes after starting the order. I rented the dollies and asked when they needed to be brought back. He responded by stating this time tomorrow and asked if I needed more time. I said yes and he asked how much. I asked if I could being them back at 5. He said they closed at 5 so I asked if I could bring them back at 4:30. He said yes. Off I went with the dollies and the next morning I'm called by Melissa who acts and treats me like a collector would wondering why I never brought back the dollies yesterday. I explained I rented them yesterday and she told me that's what the contract says. I kept telling her that that would've only given me just about 2 hours or so. She wouldn't have it and told me I'd be charged for another day. I explained if being them back today by 4:30 as I had agreed but she wasn't having it. I demanded to speak to a manager and she assured me one doesn't work on Sundays. I called her bluff and kept pressing and she told me he was at lunch (at 10:30am) and wouldn't be back for an hour. I asked that she have him call me and even confirmed that it would be no more than an hour. She agreed but yet no one called. We returned the dollies at 4:15pm. They said they had already taken care of the mistake but certainly this mistake could've been realized by Melissa. Such crappy service and harassment, I'd never recommend anyone have to deal with that Bull$&@"&!
