-Employees are slow, unfriendly and at times lazy. -They make you hook up your trailer first to see if it works before signing paperwork. -Made me drive to back of lot to drop off trailer then back to the front to check it in (a major waste of my time since the man disconnecting the trailer was supposed to be able to use a mobile phone to check me in). -A Uhaul broke down right down the street as we were returning our trailer.

We've always had great experiences with U-Haul, but this time was a disaster. My husband went to pick up the trailer and was sent home without signing any paperwork. He didn't think there was anything wrong with that because we had reserved the trailer online and our credit card had been charged. An hour or so after he got home, we received a call telling us that we needed to bring the trailer back or they would be reporting it stolen. I mean, come on...threaten us before even explaining to us the problem and kindly asking us to return? And it was your employee's fault that the right papers weren't signed in the first place. That was really disappointing. My husband did return to the office and signed the paperwork and received our contract. But as it turns out, after all of this, he was given the wrong trailer for the contract, so we drove the trailer to Chico, where I dropped it off and was told I was good to go by the attendant, Jesse. About an hour after that I received another phone call telling me that our contract was wrong and I needed to bring in the trailer. Imagine my surprise since I had already dropped off the trailer and was told everything was fine. The lady on the phone, I believe her name was Dani, was very nice, but this situation was one frustration after the next. I guess next time I will need to learn U-Haul's job so that I don't get blamed for stealing another trailer. All of my experiences at the White Lane U-Haul have been positive, but this last one was a little disappointing since we cannot be responsible for knowing the intricacies of how your company works.

The actual Uhaul locations I visited were great. However, Uhaul's telephone service sucks. They're awful. They don't know shit and don't fulfill promises. You're wasting money on this service. That said, one operator was excellent. Steven Garratt went beyond good service. Best service from him I've had from anyone in a long time and I think uhaul owes him a promotion and could learn how phone service SHOULD BE because outside of this young man, your phone service is horrid.

Returning the u-haul took to long. We were left standing on the curb waiting for a worker to check the van in. The workers were standing having a conversation for approximately five min while we waited. Employees need customer service training.

Improve their quality of customer service, especially when a customer has called to report a break down. I am very disappointed with the treatment we received on September 25, 2014. I am pursuing legal action in this matter but I can guarantee I will never rent from or recommend U-Haul services again.

I rented a pick up on Saturday drove to my house to load then to my new apartment to unload then back to uhaul it was 3 1/2 miles total driving the next day I rented a 17' truck to load the rest of my house to take to same apartment and back to uhaul on white lane where I picked up they then told me I drove it 7 1/2 miles how can this we only made 1 trip to my apartment and back to uhaul I only had the truck barely 3 hours there something wrong I was over charged today! I am unhappy with the services!
