Everything went smoothly and quickly. I called to double check my reservation and the rep recommended I extend my time, which I did (because it doesn't cost extra). I got there the next day, did a quick check, took it out, moved everything, dropped it off. the whole experience was pretty easy.

The overall experience was very good. Checking in and checking out was very easy. The van had something spilled in the console area and was a bit old and didn't smelled that great. It was a work van so I wasn't too concerned but it could have been a bit cleaner.

Service was horrible - I contacted the location to extend my reservation. Was told I was unable as there was no availability for my equipment the next day, I would also be charged the daily rate, plus an additional 50 fee. I went online and found that the location did have the equipment available, upon return, the employee tried to assess this fee, upon bringing it to his attention and showing a screen shot of what the equipment being available, did he reverse the fee.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The equipment was ready when I arrived. The location had plenty of supplemental goodies, so I was able to stock up on tape and locks and so on to our mutual benefit. I would happily use them again.

Employees were surly and efficient, got in and out with a minimum of fuss. I would go to an establishment staffed by them again. Vehicles appeared poorly maintained, lots of dings dents and scrapes. While I'm not adverse to some character in my own vehicles, I'm scared that I'll be charged for an already battered truck some day.

This uhaul location does not have enough space to effectively operate. There is not a good place to park for customers. Impossible to back up a trailer... And, the staff is totally out of sorts regarding to the space situation. If I were them, I'd be handing out my resume to every customer (they'd probably rather do tech support for Amazon).

Fill the gas tank!! Being given only 3/8 tank was a ROYAL inconvenience. I had to stop at a gas station twice. The men providing the truck acted like they could care less about this huge inconvenience. They said that they didn't fill the tanks to full because the trucks get siphoned of gas. If this is really so, get locking gas caps and put a FENCE around the trucks!!

You changed my preferred drop off location as specified in the contract without first consulting me. Should there be a next time I rent from Uhaul I will leave it at the location in the signed contract. If the location is full and not accepting vehicles it will be your problem not mine.

I ordered and was charged for a dolly and furniture pads, but did not receive them. The bill that was emailed to me after the rental even said those items were returned by me, even though I never got them in the first place. However, when I called to correct the issue, I was told it would be taken care of without any trouble, and the refund for those items went through within a couple of days, so I appreciate the fast and easy way the mistake was resolved. Otherwise it was great!

Regional booking agent on phone promised trailer at 7:30 am but local store said that was always impossible before 11:00am. One staff member at site location was very unpleasant. Otherwise ... good experience.

I rented an enclosed 5 x 8 trailer. Everything was as it should have been, except the threaded bolt that allowed the tongue to be locked onto the ball was so rusted that it was nearly impossible to operate. Basic maintenance, or at the very least lubricating the bolt prior to rental, would have gone a long way.

I don't understand why I had to pay mileage AND refuel. That wasn't an obvious part of the initial sales setup, though I did appreciate the ability to book everything online. Just charge more for mileage to save the customer the hassle of going to the gas station.

I reserved a Dollie with my truck and there were non available when I went to pick it up. I also didn't appreciate being charged for an estimate that was $20 more than the actual cost. The estimated price didn't seem to make any sense with the projected mileage I told them.

There was only one employee working the entire store. To his credit, he was busting his ass, but it was clearly understaffed to be able to support the volume of customers there. One person to process payments, Manche the store, load and unload trailers, etc. is just not enough to deal with the substantial line of people that had formed.

The wait time to actually get the truck was 30 minutes. This cut into my actual 4 hour time. Every time I have used this facility, the lack of available staff is an issue. However, the staff members are nice and attempt to help.
