Customer service was horrific. Called office to reserve but said no truck available for a week but it was available online immediately at same location. Too much paperwork for $45 rental. Hard to out into words how backward the whole experience was.

I found it annoying that after agreeing to help Uhaul out by dropping my truck at a different location, the guy at the pick up gave me a huge hassle for disconnecting the hand truck to make space for my belongings. He kept re-asking what I had just told him. "You mean to say you took out the hand truck, but didn't use it?" Just incredulous. Well yes sir that's right. You didn't have the 17' truck I asked for, so 15' was a squeeze. And since I rented the entire truck, and you just threw your own things on there without asking, I took it out to make space. I bought like 30 boxes, a wardrobe hanger, a mattress cover, and furniture pads, but I'm lying about the hand truck to get over on you for $7.99. Well done, Columbo! Dude there needs to switch to decaf.

The gas meter showed over a quarter of a tank, 3 miles later, it was on E. I took a picture of the mileage and the low gas icon. The employee understood when I brought it back and did not charge me for bringing the Uhaul in w/ less gas than before

Our reservation was screwed up. We reserved a 17' truck and had a cargo van waiting for us. We ended up having to rush down the location on 15th to get our truck and almost missed our load in time for the convention!

Although this was the drop off store per my reservation confirmation, I was told that because I didn't call ahead, they weren't prepared for my drop off. Staff seemed irritated, but ultimately accepted the drop off. All ended well.

Office staff could have been more friendly. When asking questions I felt as if I was being a burden. Every answer began with a huge sigh. I'm just trying to understand what I'm paying for and that shouldn't be a burden to employees.

The initial customer service agent I met when I approached the front desk was rather rude and had an attitude throughout the transaction. I went out to check the vehicle and when I returned to the desk to finish, I was grateful to see she was gone and another rep was helping me. He was friendly and made the experience better, but it just seemed like no one wanted to really be there or go out of their way to help out. Also, all of the parking spots at this location were taken up with employee vehicles so I had to circle around a few times and park on a really busy street dodging traffic just to get into the store.

You screwed up my move (changed my reservation to another location) and then while I scrambled to find another driver because mine left town while I was trying to get a truck - you made out by charging me $40 extra per day. Everyone said I should have not have rented your trucks.... NEVER AGAIN! I might get the containers if I can't get them from anyone else - so basically if you are the only game in town.

I called about a trailer, I was told it would be a Noon Pickup. I arrived at 10am hoping to get any trailer - so I could start my day - and get my work done. I arrived at 10 - and met Jennifer - who informed me - after seeming annoyed that I had arrived - that her "help" didn't come until noon - so she set it up at noon.. This was inconsiderate and rude, making a reservation at HER convenience - despite my own activities and work - which required the trailer. I suggest you discipline this employee, she obviously has no interest in helping your customers do their work. The experience was miserable - based on interaction and dealing with her - and this kind of nonsense - just to rent a $15 trailer... seriously? The best part was when she went outside to help with the trailer - easily lifting and installing it - despite having "no help." nice. Great Customer Service.

Get rid of the second phone number requirement. Nobody has two phones and I have no legal authority to provide anyone else's CPNI data and your collecting and storing this data without the 3rd parties consent is a CFR / FCC / CPNI regulatory violation.

Improvements??? None! You can't improve perfection. Kudos to the young man that helped us. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in assisting us in determining the best vehicle for our needs.
